    I just cannot get a sleep pattern down now thats it winter. Just gets dark to early. I guess thats life though gotta love it.

      Yeah, I usually wind up crashing for an hour or two right after supper (7 or 8 in the evening), and then can't go to bed properly till 1 or 2 in the morning which then affects how I feel the next day. In the words of  Warren Zevon "Life'll kill ya"
