Haven’t seen Genocyber. Elfen Leid was ok.

Not really a fan of gore, but liked Dorohedoro regardless

When it comes to gory, you can't go wrong with Elfen Lied, Another, Claymore, or Attack on Titan. Goblin Slayer has quite a bit of gore as well but also some other very disturbing imagery. I highly suggest it, though.
