If I'm not mistaken, 10 rich families own this school and their children wear earrings that identify which family each one is from, and each one has an assistant of the same age who accompanies them and who also wear an earring as a "link" between they. One of these young masters meets the protagonist while she works part-time at a hotel and makes her become his assistant by putting the earring on her.
