Eris
Some of my favorite slice of life style animes are Horimiya, My Dress Up Darling, Kotaru Lives Alone (I just watched this recently with some friends and it was really good), School Babysitters, K-ON, Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid, Sakura Quest, Working!!, and Barakamon is good. 1

Animedragon
I'll offer you: A Place Further Than The Universe. (13 eps) An excellent series, and not Sci-fi despite the title. Sounds of Life. (Two seasons 13 eps each) A great series that is under appreciated and under rated.

In the one I suggested cute kid Rin stays little while adopted dad Daikichi goes after the milf of one of her (elementary school) classmates. The series itself is mostly about Rin being cute and Daikichi doing new-dad stuff like finding a school for Rin and changing jobs so he has more time away from work. G-rated all the way. The only ... questionable relationship is between 70-something grandpa and his 20-something housekeeper/mangaka, but that happens off-screen before the first episode to set up the plot. By the time the series actually starts jii-chan is dead and mom is gone. leaving just jii-chan's daughter Rin to be adopted by jii-chan's grandson Daikichi. My understanding is the anime didn’t adapt the manga’s ending which is where the problem lies. Fruits Basket had a bit of a similar controversy Tohru’s dad was her mother’s teacher (though the movie that adapted that part made him seem more like an intern/student-teacher) and they waited until the mom’s graduation to marry Edited May 9 by Ohayotaku

It just gives me the heebie jeebies that in the manga the little girl rin grows up and wants to Spoiler bare his child it just gave me a bad taste in my mouth when watching the anime (regarding usagi drop)

Fruits Basket had a bit of a similar controversy I'd heard the manga was different but I haven't read it myself. The anime is fine though, at least the first (and so far only) season. If they ever do make a second season people might want to approach it with caution. Personally I hope they don't go that route. Daikichi is Rin's cousin after all. I'm fine with leaving it at Yukari + Daikichi & happily ever after.
Ohayotaku
Will add Insomniacs After School as a combination of SoL & wholesome romance. And Flying Witch as SoL with some magical elements.

nyaa
I love Non Non Biyori, Ren steals every scene she's in. One sol series that not too many people have heard of is Bermuda Triangle-Colorful Pastorale. Sentai was going to license it but it bombed big time when they streamed it and so dropped it. It was about mermaids.
