Pancakes or Waffles?

The age old question ~ Would you rather have:

Pancakes:

Or waffles?:

 

For me it kind of varies. Some days I'm craving waffles and others pancakes. If I had to pick one to only be able to eat the rest of my life though I'd have to go with pancakes.

I guess pancakes because I don't know if I've had this form of waffle before.. pancakes are pretty good in general. I especially like chocolate chip ones and the blueberry flavours.

Choco chip pancakes are like SOOOOO GOOD especially if you throw some vanilla ice cream on there ~ idk why but I especially love any pancakes with ice cream added on top @.@ insta yum

As far as I can remember I haven't tried them with ice cream before. That sounds like something I should be doing..

It's mostly a dessert at that point, no? Although, I guess pancakes would be considered a dessert breakfast no matter how you look at it. While the fruit part may be healthy I don't see much nutritional value in syrup.

PROBABLY NOT LOL but let me just convince myself that I'm doing good eating my fruit by having a giant stack of pancakes covered in ice cream and strawberries and cheesecake and whatever else XD

They are easy to make for me and I think you can do more with them than waffles when it comes to toppings that taste good.

Def pancakes.  I like to make a bunch of them ahead of time, eat some, and put the rest in the freezer so I can take a couple out and heat them in the microwave for a quickie breakfast when I'm in a rush to get to work.

I've also been known to take a couple frozen ones and mash a scoop of ice cream between them to make an ice cream sandwich.

I'm seriously craving some iHop right about now ~ honestly may have to drag Pessi out the house in a few minutes because nothing is better than a 130 in the morning run to Ihop

As with pancakes I will certainly eat any waffles that stray within arms reach.  It is just that I would eat all the pancakes first.

I usually only like pancakes if I’ve made them at home, and I don’t like having a lot of sweet toppings on them. Maybe I would like them sweet if I was having them as dessert? I’ve only ever had them with breakfast though and I can’t eat very sweet in the morning or it makes me throw up. I really like them with peanut butter and just a little bit of syrup. 
 

Waffles I really love with berries and a tiny bit of syrup, and some whipped cream too! Need to make sure I have something else with it though (bacon, sausage, etc) so that I can eat something first and not get sick haha

 

Eggo waffles, on the other hand, I’m a savage with. I love the blueberry ones and I eat them right out of the toaster, usually plain ahahaha

I usually treat pancakes as a dessert, I haven't had them much in the morning either.
