froggy Posted May 9 Share Posted May 9 it made me happy to see everyone's lovely faces! everyone looks as cool as i imagined them to be(⁀ᗢ⁀) I also feel happy bc i took the ap japanese exam today. it was just a couple of my friends from class in the library so I felt comfortable. It was very extensive and scary, I had to memorize over 400 kanji just to be sure. There were so many parts to it too. There's the listening, where you answer questions which is timed. Then you have an hour to read 6 articles and answer questions, also timed. After that there was a break. Once we got back we had to simulate a conversation over text, which you'll never guess was timed and we had 12 seconds for each response. Then I had to write an essay comparing and contrasting texting or talking in real life conversations. That was it for typing. Then after I had to record my responses for a simulated conversation.... The worst part was after, we had 5 minutes to plan a cultural presentation on way sports and recreation has affected japanese society which had to be 3 minutes long... It was so crazy, let's just hope I at least got a 3. I feel confident so I think so. Mine did in 2017 & this year Mothers’ Day falls on what would have been her birthday. Will be going out to eat with my sister & her family.
