Yes, waking up early and going back to sleep again or getting up early then going back to bed feels good at the time, but when I wake up the second time I feel tired and worse than I would had I stayed up. But I find it takes a LOT of will power to get up when I wake up and stay up . PS. Sunrise here is 5:00AM this time of year.
