I'm feeling a bit down again about my ended relationship. I got the email which calmed my paranoid thoughts, which was great, and for a few days I was just happy I got that. But now I think I'm finally at regular grieving. (At 35 its my first real breakup - and after 13 years.) It's hard to believe it's really over.

....I just came across this on 9gag and I hate that I find this so funny and entertaining....

I hope the double post isn't bad (Some forums have a rule against it) But, In the way we played it back in the day you waited for the OP to confirm it was right, but should the rule be to post your reply picture if you're sure? Just to make the game flow a little better? Or should we just wait, like the others did before?

Schadenfreude! Another fun one! I didn't study consistently (Again, bad student) But I'd say for the last 2 years of our relationship or so, I studied a little off and on, and could say a few things. Enough that if I went to a resturant, as long as I knew the german word for what I wanted (Scnitzel und Poomas) I could order, and I could say a few other phrases and things, but really not a ton. I wish I would have tried harder. Who is your favorite anime character?

I did, I tried to learn German for my ex, and... I'm actually impressed with myself with how much I learned (I'm a horrible student) but... yeah. Mainly I was just stuck on funny words. Ausfhart = Exiting the autoban/when driving. (Ausgang is exiting on foot.) ... I'm not very mature, and Ausfhart just kills me... I actually bought an Ausfhart sign the last time I went there. Die Opernplatz = The Opera Square.... just sounded funny to me... Pommas = French Fries. It was pronounced a little different and again, It just sounded funny to me.

Sorry for the dumb question, and I'm probibly blind but... I changed to the Anime Yume plain white layout (Mainly because the text in posts on the default layout seems too dark to read). I like this layout better, but, there's no button to react to the post. If the post has already been reacted to, it shows up, but if you click it, it just shows the stats and not a place for you to react to it. Am I blind, or should I change layouts? EDIT: SORRY I see it now... its camouflaged

Me and my family sometimes play a game called Bolderdash, where you are trying to guess the definition of an obscure word, but we just have fun with it and make up crazy stuff. XD Abasement Definition: Lowered in rank, or to be humiliated. Joe answer: Where the cool people live! (Not me, just trying to be funny. :).)

I hope this is okay to ask like this... Would anyone be interested on starting an anime picture game? It was a fourm game I played way back in 07-09, Someone posts a picture from an anime, that wasn't obvious what it was from (at least not to a casual fan/outsider of the show) and someone would guess. After the original poster confirmed that they were right, the guesser would then post their own image. Would anyone like to play this? (And if it does sound fun, let me know if I should delete this topic and start over or just start here. :).)

Relieved. Got an email from my ex, getting closure on our relationship. They were doing the 'no contact thing', but I was in shock when it happened and there were things I really wanted to say/talk through, and even good things and thank you's for things. But them not replying - even though we had agreed on that, made my mind go crazy. So to finally have a reply, and a good one, really cleared things up for me. I can exhale, and really work on moving on, without the questions, worries, or blaming myself.

I quoted myself only because I think it got "Lost" because I replied when I was still new and had to wait for approval, and by the time it got posted several others had replied, so I just wanted to point it out to give context. Today I'm doing okay. Every day I seem to do a little better. Still a long way to go. I still wish he would have replied to my last email, to help give me closure. I didn't think that was too much to ask after 13 years, but I'm getting there.

Eh, I live in a small town and most people I know judge me for my anime, so logically I 'know' there are older anime fans, but I still am stuck with how I've been judged before. Thank you all :).

I'm a really picky gamer (And don't play many multiplayer games anyway...) Does anyone have a switch that would want to play Mario Party (Super or Superstars) or Monopoly sometime? If so I'll look up my friend code.
