I have tried to watch GTO a few times and couldn't get past the first ep. I don't mind dirty jokes but this seemed WAY over the top. I really wanted to like it though!

Bakugo. (I haven't looked at the old pages and I'm still new-ish here, so I hope I'm not just repeating the old B's ^^)

I just finished watching Bakuman., looking at what to start next. Bakuman. was interesting, about making Manga. 3 seasons for a total of 75 eps.

Man it's a hot one. Like seven inches from the midday sun... It's really hot here too, and just going to get hotter.... stay cool everyone!

For sure the MHA and Dr. Stone specials. Not sure about any of the others yet. I usually don't look ahead to anime unless it's a sequel/special/new season of something I follow, but I've said that maybe I should start picking a couple a season (at least) to follow as they come out, but I haven't taken the time to do that yet.

I'm a bit down today. I had been looking forward to things to try and be active and make new friends and they were all a bust. It was like being in High School again. And the worst was yesterday, therapy didn't go well. I would go into it but it would take too long to explain, but, the short general story is, with very little information, he tried to blame the breakup on me, because I didn't travel to meet them 'RIGHT NOW', I say "I can't fly right now" Pointing to my walking boot, and instead of him saying "Oh, what's going on with that?" and THEN making a decision, he says, "Can't? Or don't want to?" .... I. Cannot. Fly. Doctors. Orders. ... I am a kind person, and if therapy means I have to hear some hard truths, that's fine, but don't blame me for having surgery and literally not being able to fly right now. I wasn't even done describing the different factors of the breakup! I'm stuck because, it took me a month and a half to see him, so I kind of want to give him one more chance, but I don't see him for two more weeks, and I almost think I should just try somewhere else. (But I live in a really small town and there aren't many options.) Sorry for my rant!

We had a massive storm overnight, so big that we got a phone alert to take cover! My siblings called or texted from their houses saying they could see a funnel cloud that looked weird! Luckily nothing touched down here. (I'm pretty sure.) But we had storms off and on through the night, and its storming again right now.

I could not get into Neon Genesis Evangelion. Shows like Naruto and Bleach to me started out okay but then turned into something else. If Naruto would have just stayed about going on missions and saving people, I think I might have stuck with it more. But once it just became about Sasuke I lost interest. (And it kind of urked me that we had a 50ish ep arc for the chunnin exams, just for them to be called off because of an attack. So the last 50 eps were just wasted? True there were some fun moments in there, but still.)

I'm glad this is going so well for you! I start therapy tomorrow and will most likely get put on antidepressants soon, I hope my experience goes as well as yours! :).

There are things about it that are different (Even in the first 25 eps) because when it was made, the Manga wasn't finished, but IIRC, in an interview, the manga creator said that while it was very different than what they had in mind, What they came up with was verry interesting to them. And I LOVE the music of the original series.

I hope this is okay to say here, but, I just wanted to randomly thank whoever designed the forum... I LOVE that you click "Unread content" and its not just since you were last active, but just anything that hasn't been read yet. I love not having to worry about seeing everything without getting distracted and 'not being active' again, losing the list. And then even later I look down at even older posts and see there is something I can say. So thanks! I love this site!

I live with my mom. I have lived alone, but I moved a couple years ago because of a crazy neighbor on one side and drug dealers on the other.... I think I'm going to look into getting my own place again though.

While Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood may be "Better".... I hate that some people act like the original should be discarded. The first half of the original series was condensed down into 13 eps in brotherhood and the pacing is off and there are some whole good eps skipped over. Just my opinion!
