Yeah, um, I've had this account for years and I keep getting emails about the Ask the Member below You thread and I could just unsubscribe from the mailing list but it really doesn't sit right with me that I just got this account I never plan on using ever again. Also, IDK, would be pretty sweet if people could do this without asking for help. From what I've seen people ask for their account to be deleted and the forum admins do it manually or something. IDK.

Alright the new themes aren't necessarily bad but the sides on the home page don't work, which is why I stuck with the old theme but looks like it got removed. Pls fix or bring back the old theme. Scratch that I actually thought about it and I like everything about the old theme better.

All the choices! While I have an Xbox I prefer to play games on my PC. Might wanna edit the choices for the poll. Dishonored 2, Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, No Man's Sky and Doom. Although I will most likely not play these games till 2017. I gave up on Assassin's Creed after Black Flag, that was the last good AC but my favorite is AC3.

For when I am watching a movie on a TV in a living room speakers but on PC I prefer headphones because that way people don't hear what I am doing at my house or over the internet (apart from the furious mouse clicking).

Well my favorite anime character is Ryuko from Kill la Kill (obviously) I just sort of automatically use her as my profile pic for everything but I also really like Sinon from SAO2, a running gag I have with her is "Sineon": [spoiler=Sineon Wallpaper I made ages ago] Now that I think about it I just have a thing for badass female characters but I also have a thing for background characters that don't get enough screen time (Major Miles (FMA:B) Mumen Rider (One Punch Man) Sasha (SNK) 12th (Mirai Nikki))

My favorite is I guess what you would call "Ice Tea" but its good both warm and cold, in the country I come from it is actually the mainstream tea so I never heard of "normal tea" (the one with milk) until I moved but since I moved I haven't drunk it much now if I drink tea its either "normal tea" or raspberry fruit tea. While I don't mind Lipton Ice Tea (infact I usually buy it if I am out and at my school cafeteria (the crusty teriyaki chicken sushi and lipton ice tea make for the best combo :3)), I still get slightly annoyed when someone thinks that that stuff is Lemon Tea (just looked up the name for first time). So in a conclusion I love Lemon Tea the most (pretty much the same as "normal tea" but instead of putting a little milk in to it you put some lemon juice.). It should also be a no-brainer that anyone who replies to this thread probably picks tea over coffee but just in case I am still declaring it. AND DAMN YOU ALL NOW I AM FIRSTY AF!

[spoiler=SAO RANT]PLEASE DON'T HATE You don't really realize how boring SAO is until you try to watch it for a second time. Don't get me wrong I still like the idea and story but it was presented in a terrible way. Another thing it did wrong was Kirito and Asuna's relationship (you just didn't feel the chemistry and just like in many other action orientated anime it became one of those background things that no one cared about). Now there is also a lot of things they did right like the soundtrack, the art style, action scenes were great! [spoiler=SAO 2 arc 2 spoiler!](they also somehow tricked me into caring about Yuki the moment she died) TEARS FOR DAYS My favorite arcs will forever be SAO and GGO because they were interesting. (I mean with the people being trapped in a video game and people mysteriously dying in the video game when they weren't supposed to.) This post was getting a little too long but I agree that the Aincrad arc was one of the best.

Damn I forgot about Gurren Lagann, Guilty crown is a lot like Code geass (rebellion, mechas, super powers, set in a futuristic earth[spoiler=This will ruin the ending to both.]both of them have a sad ending ) but I still recommend both as much as the other (to be honest Guilty crown has a better soundtrack).

If you are looking for a Sci-Fi action anime then I suggest you try out out: [spoiler=Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion] An anime about the son of the leader of the Holy Britanian Empire, he starts a rebellion in Japan which is occupied by Britanian and is now known as area 11. This anime is mecha, military and supernatural. 2 season with 25-ish episodes, the dub is good. There is also a movie that I haven't got around to watching yet but that one isn't dubbed. Then there is these classics: [spoiler=Trigun] An anime about a legendary cowboy with a 60 billion double dollar bounty on his head in a desert world with what little is left of humanity. 1 season with 25 episodes and a movie, the dub isn't that great but its alright. [spoiler=Cowboy Bebop] Follow the crew of the spaceship Bebop a spaceship that starts off with a duo of an ex-police agent and a resigned member of a syndicate, later joined by 3 more crew members this one plays out in space as the bounty hunters try to scrap together some money. Great fight scenes and also great if you enjoy Jazz, the intro is still one of my all-time favorites. 1 season with 26 episodes and a movie, just like Trigun the dub isn't that great. but the 4:3 resolution might drive you away. And finally I have this one for the less actiony and more mind twisting anime: [spoiler=Steins;Gate] I can only describe this with two words 'Time' and 'Travel'. Starts of slow but by episode 5 you will not be able to take your eyes off the screen. 1 season with 25 episodes, all of the dubbed pretty well. I also have some more suggestions if you don't only want sci-fi so feel free to ask .

Yeah my bro hates anime but I have get together with 1 or 2 friends to binge watch sometimes.

Oh SNK stands for (Shingeki no Kyojin) you probably know it as AOT (Attack on Titan). I also have trouble with 4:3 aspect ratios but there are some anime that are worth the torture like Trigun or Cowboy Bebop. (Thanks I'll pm you if I get stuck)

Nice to met you too, I haven't met anyone from NZ on the forums yet (If you are into pc gaming you should add me on steam (I mostly play co-op games but my pc is kinda broken atm)) Yeah I was gonna try that tomorrow, before this I would mindlessly binge watch a 20-something episode anime through 3 days. I have this friend who isn't really that much into anime we watch the whole of SNK in 2 days (12pm-5am(ish)) and on Halloween we watched Another (Sometimes I wonder why he puts up with me).

I am pretty sure the title says it all but just in case this is a thread where you can share tips and habits or stories for/about binge watching anime. So school is finished for this year for me... this might mean fun holiday activities or going out and enjoying the sun (is summer in NZ) but for me this means playing video games and binge watching anime (mostly anime tho since my PC wont really play anything anymore.) But binge watching anime isn't going well for me so I wanted to know if there is any techniques to binge watching like watching multiple anime five episode at a time or something. Also if you have any rants or stories about binge watching anime don't forget to share... like how when watching anime at night and you fall asleep halfway through. Also here is a GIF

I would recommend Steins;Gate or Code Geass: Louche of the Rebellion. [spoiler=Steins;Gate]Steins;Gate is about a small unofficial lab team accidentally inventing time travel, the shorter of the both but probably the funnier one and the more complicated one, unfortunately it has a little romance. [spoiler=Code Geass]Code Geass is about an outcast heir to the throne leading a rebellion against one of the biggest forces in the world: the Holy Britannian Empire, also a sci-fi although the end is really sad there is not much romance, 2 seasons of 25 episodes and there is next to non romance in it although there is some. Sorry I probably described it very badly, but hopefully you will give them a shot. (Also as a side note I watched these in the English dub and they weren't that bad although the Code Geass dub is slightly higher in quality, if you care about that.)

I am a little embarrassed to ask but I keep on seeing this GIF pop up all over the internet but I don't know what the anime is, it looks funny. I was wondering what it was called and if it is worth watching or not. (Yes I just realized I made a mistake in the title (Is okay, I fix))

I try these in order: See if there is a game I wanna play. See if there is an anime I want to watch. See if there is anything on youtube. Listen to music while browsing social media and forums (some times while talking to my friends on teamspeak) Try and fail at drawing (ONLY IN EMERGENCIES) If these fail I usually take a nap.

I am afraid that I come across as a bit of a douche bag to some people because I swear a lot, in arguments I tend to be very aggressive and loud and I have some pretty strong opinions about some things. So I try to stay as quite as possible and will sometimes storm out of the room if someone makes me angry so that I calm down.
