    Just found out one of my staff's mom was tested positive for covid. Have to close the store, get a professional cleaning service and self isolate for 10 days. 

    She was like, I'm not sure what to do to help you guys. Which was incredibly sweet of her. Told her to go home rest and to give our best to her mom. I would feel more for her mom then the business if she never recovered.

      P.S. You've become my new scary movie/give The History Kid a hard time/French language buddy, therefore COVID-19 CANNOT have you so don't worry about a thing ☮️

      Hahaha yesssss! I love it :D

      I've been very strict on wearing a mask, teaching people how to wear masks properly, hand washing...everyone has been good so I don't think anyone here will get sick from said staff. But, obviously I can't be 100%

      Biggest thing is to make sure our staff realizes it is not their fault. Because, we don't want people to feel guilty for something that isn't 100% in their control.

      Yeah my co-worker whose husband tested positive just feels awful & we've all assured her that neither her or her husband have anything to apologize for because it could have happened to anyone. It sounds like you really care about your staff. They are fortunate to have you.
