The weird and messed up anime I watched was Bastard! and it was an anime movie. It was very badly done. The story was just horrible. I think rather than a movie it would have better served as a show to cover everything. But no, they thought it'd be fun to make a movie that was insanely horrible.

I used to be pretty big into Bleach. But I've since moved on to other shows.

Yeah. I've only seen a volume of the first season. But never the whole season itself. I'm in the process of getting them all.

ME too! I've heard rumor that season two will be making it's appearance in April. I think that's pretty exciting.

I prefer dubbed English anime. But if I absolutely have to watched it with English subtitles. That is also fine.

So, what popular overrated anime character that you like comes to mind? I'll name one. Rei Ayanami from Neon Genesis Evangelion. In fact she is the face of the series seeing as she has a critical role in the show, that being a clone of Shinji's mom and an obsession of his father. Rei comes off as the connection between Shinji and his father. Both talk to her primarily and both have a love for her. If Rei dies, well...Gendo Ikari will just grab another Rei. Kind of creepy to go and clone your wife in the form of a 14 year old girl.

I think Some( notice I said some and not all, I'm not attacking every company out there. As in some are bad and some are good.) anime companies rip people off who buy anime. A good idea is Bleach. After the 5th season, they went into releasing volumes instead of the box sets. I thought it was obvious that they were trying to squeeze every penny out of the fan base on that. Another thing that I noticed was Hell Girl and The Soultaker where they only released the volumes instead of a box set even after the anime season was finished. It was pretty frustrating. Does anyone feel the same way?

Cashew chicken is my top favorite. Meat loaf being the second favorite.

Does anyone like Hell Girl? I think it's kind of cool how when people are wronged or violated, they go to this weird website and summon Hell Girl or get a doll with a red ribbon condemning their enemies to a death with a one way ticket to hell. I thought this idea was pretty neat. But I can't say that I would ever hate someone enough to condemn myself with them to hell.

Has anyone ever watched Elfen Lied? Red hair girl named Lucy who is psychic and has horns on her head? Kills people for fun? This is probably one of the most violent anime shows I've ever seen with tons of nudity. Its a fun watch. Just wondering if anyone else has watched it.

Do you ever actually use the term "Japanese animation"? No. Almost never. I use the term anime or cartoon. But thats about it. I think people would find me obsessed if I used the term repeatedly in a conversation.

I saw the movies online. They don't go along with the anime at all. In fact it doesn't go along with anything at all. But otherwise still pretty good to watch. Just don't go in expecting it to be canon.

If you had one wish. What kind of anime power would you choose? Would you choose to be immortal with magic powers, have your very own gundam suit / Eva or would you surround yourself with hot high school girls? I'd choose to be immortal with magic powers like Alucard from Hellsing. Basically a vampire.

I don't beat around the bush. I'm blunt about it. If you have something that needs to be said or told. I normally say it to your face. That's how I express my love by telling the person how I feel.
