Do you publish your schedule? If not, then there's your answer. To prevent similar issues, I actually publish a calendar on Google calendar that shows everything that I'm doing and the time that it's happening at. You can even create calendars for specific groups of people and give them access permissions.

Probably a good idea, but also a security risk, nor do I know how to make things public (I mainly use a Google account I pay for and trying to get it something publicly available was not as easy as I hoped). My schedule is not always that consistent anyway, not to mention the reasons today do not really care about my schedule (doctor and common trait in family).

Just thought I would give a little update about Cy~'s suggestion. I took a look at admin settings, and things do not seem to limit access outside, so I guess I will try sharing something in the future to see if things work as expected.
