Finally finished working through my Swift book, so I guess it is time to try making an app.
I was thinking of doing a text-based RPG, which should be very doable on my own, and help me practice the concepts I learned.
Sadly, I will have to start from scratch, due to the fact that using code I have will face obvious problems that come from stitching things together, though it still has useful data.

I'm (usually) happy to refactor my code, especially if what is being redone is the result of a learning process. Yes, it takes time (that sometimes I don't have), but the result is much better code overall, and it reinforces what I've learned. I also get a chance to encapsulate bits of code for later reuse, which saves time down the road, which makes it easier to find the time to refactor the next chunk of code.
