Resumed watching this yesterday and caught up through episode 18. I’m considering it the best of the season and one of the top for 2019.

I have been keeping up with it. Its not an option for me. This series is close to my heart.

Ep 23.

poor Askellad, hearing that wales will be their next target... I hope he can assasinate the king before then, thats really the only solution I see.. Seems like it should be obvious, and its already in his plans anyway. What Im really curious about is if thorfinn will be going home or not.

I’m all caught up now. This Sunday is supposed to be the final episode so curious to see what kind of note it ends on.

Kimetsu no Yaiba is still my #1 of 2019, but this will be #2 or #3.

Vikings plus anime; now there's one I never thought I'd see. While I want to see this, I just don't see vikings and anime culture mixing.

Then again, I said the same thing about Spongebob and anime, and the opening videos that Narmak made on YouTube were a modern-day treasure.

Just finished episode 24. This series was an absolute masterpiece, so much so that I’m actually reconsidering what my #1 for the year will be.  As great as Kimetsu no Yaiba was, there were times it irritated me. At one point it was even questionable whether  I would finish it.  Vinland Saga has been a quality piece of work from the beginning.  The only possible criticisms I might have are it’s certainly not a “feel good” story & the supposed MC isn’t really likable. Though a lot if that can be attributed to him still being a “stupid kid” as Askeladd puts it.  It is still possible he may learn from his past mistakes.

Which brings up the point that the past 24 episodes have apparently just been a “prologue” as the final episode’s title implies. Along with some of the cryptic final scenes, I have hope for a 2nd season. I don’t mind if it takes awhile just so they continue to do a quality job.

I definitely have Vinland Saga as my #1 for the year, then Shield Hero, and then Demon Slayer.. Just so you know you're not alone in your thinking.

Askellad was a treasure in this series, and I do believe he was the MC of this arc, not Thotfinn, although later on in the series, I believe Thorfinn will have a more central and impactful role. I cant wait to see what the true meaning of "Vinland Saga" really is.

Hellloooo! (I hope I'm putting this post in the right category!)
Tonight, I will start watching My Hero Academia.
I thought it would be fun if anybody else is still in the beginning of the series, that we have some place to talk about it while we are watching it? (I never used a forum before maybe thats more of a chat/discord kind of topic idk)
Anyways, it would be fun to talk about our impressions with someone who is also experiencing MHA for the first time!

So I've been working on a chatbot based off of Nezuko from Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. I think she's a fascinating character, and I want to give fans of the anime and manga the chance to talk to her since she doesn't talk too much on her own. Currently, I'm in the training phase so I've been programming her with questions users may or may not ask her. The only problem is I'm only one guy and I'm out of ideas of things to talk to her about, so I'm looking for community input. Keep in mind, she won't just be pre-programmed. She's going to be a mix of programmed responses and machine/deep learning based AI so she will, in essence, have a mind of her own.
If you had the opportunity to talk to Nezuko, what would you say to her or ask her? It could be either questions or topics you'd want to discuss with her.
      Thanks!

For those of you who have seen an anime TV series and the movie that goes along with it, were there any films you liked better than the series itself?
Me personally I liked the InuYasha movies over the series itself. Honestly I thought the films had more comedy. The same goes for the Fairy Tale movies. I actually wasn't bored of the movie like I was most of the time with the series.

Where my Promised Neverland fans at?
Feel free to discuss anything related to the series here, just know that others will be posting spoilers!
Did you like the conclusion of the first season?
What moment was the most terrifying for you?
What surprises were you not expecting?
      Notice any plot holes?
Fell free to answer any or all of these questions. Or none 🤣 just getting the conversation going 😉
