Today was a busy day. I had a man come to service my gas boiler and fire, he spotted my model railway and wanted to see it, so I showed him (I'll show anyone my railway!). The I went out and did some shopping and posted a few letters.  Oh, I had a delivery from Amazon and the delivery guy even rang the doorbell before doing the usual drop-and- run.  The email I got from them said "delivered to post room",  I think that's the first time my doorstep has been called a post room

I had lecture today. For this semester, we have 2 professors doing different lectures--and I like the style of this professor's class. She's more straightforward, and transparent about what to expect on her exams and the board exams. I feel like I can take in the material better. Right now, I'm rewriting some notes from today.

The content we're covering is a three-part lecture series. Today was the first part, so tomorrow will be the second. I believe Monday of next week will be the final one.

Finished up some load slips, boom records, and timesheets for a logging company here. Printed 240 booklets and a bunch of notecards for a conference this weekend. And also did a bunch of other stuff that is completely eluding me at the moment. It was a very busy day at work and I got a lot done.

Caught the bus home after work, played some bejeweled, rode the stationary bike, currently eating some teriyaki rice with chicken and broccoli while I browse the forum!

I had classes which I didn't really feel very enthusiastic about since I stayed up so late last night x.x When I got home I just finished some homework stuff, watched some TV mostly, played Osu! with Sora later, and now I'm just chatting to some friends and my sister on Discord. I might play some RS before bed but there's also a new PW server I'm wanting to play on that I might make a character on and see how it is ~

Slept in and relaxed for the most part. Ran a few errands and picked up some groceries at the shop.

I stayed up until almost 2AM last night when I had to get up at 7AM this morning and I regret it so much. I came home and took a nap and that helped a little bit but I'm really, really tired. I'm going to finish my homework from the class I had that's due tomorrow and get into bed.

Too many meetings. Too many emails. Too much work. I'm traveling to NYC tomorrow for some work-related business over the weekend until Tuesday evening. While I'm glad to be going to NYC I'm not sure how much sight seeing I will getting to do with work. There is also being afraid @Sakura will get into mischief while I'm gone over the weekend so I will need @Sarada @Sasuke and @Soramee_ so keep her in line

I haven't yet packed for this trip. I need to finish this tonight I was putting it off. Packing never is fun and I'm bad at making it all fit into a suitcase.

Right now I'm on my way to the airport to leave for New York. My flight is in a few hours. I'm going to check in and get some  thing to eat there and try to find something to do to entertain myself at the airport. By the time I arrive tonight it will likely be too late and I'll be too tired to do much else but go to sleep.

Today was busy for me with my theater class. We are sorting through what production we would like to do next and there are a lot of very strong opinions which led to our theater meeting running over close to an hour in time. That of course set the rest of my day back and I felt like I was running behind since then. I had planned to go to dinner with my dad and check in on him but I was running an hour behind so I didn't make it to the dinner and was just able to stop in and say hi. That pushed my dinner back and I just got around to eating dinner about 45 minutes ago by the time I got done doing all the other things I still had to do.

I had clinicals today. It went really well! The nurse I was shadowing allowed me to do some medication administration, as well as maintain a stomach feeding tube one of my patients had. I was always nervous about handling those, but it went better than I thought.

Of course, my good day at clinicals was offset by coming home to my dog who chewed up one of my favorite stuffed animals (a Spudster-brand polar bear whom I named "Popo.")

I've done very little today except go out with a few friends for lunch time. It's nice to catch up when I can because with the my work it seems I don't very often.

I just got back in from being out on a walk. I've been outside for about 4-ish hours just walking around the park and my neighborhood. I took a ton of pictures of the houses/architecture around where I live and all the pretty trees that are blooming. I love the architecture of the homes around where I live, most of them are really old houses. I'll probably put all of them up on my photography blog later because there's a lot of them but here are a few of my faves if anyone is interested in seeing them:

Sounds like a pretty chill day! Hermit crabs are awesome, definitely hard to resist taking them home, haha. And hey, sometimes a lazy day with TV, Cheetos, and annoying Pessi (whoever that is) is exactly what you need. You’re adulting just fine!

That sounds like such a lovely way to spend the day! Old houses and blooming trees are such a vibe, perfect for photography. Can’t wait to see the pics on your blog, those sneak peeks already sound amazing. Walking for 4 hours is impressive too, major mood booster!

Wow, clinicals sound like they went awesome, med administration *and* handling a feeding tube? You’re levelling up! But oh no, Popo!! Dogs really know how to keep us humble, huh? RIP to your polar bear, but at least you’re out there crushing it in the medical world.

You take some very good pictures I'm glad to hear that you went out to enjoy yourself. 

Today I've had a free day from work related things. I'm right now in New York for work related business until Tuesday and wasn't sure of what schedules would be like during this trip. I've been to Times Square today and Central Park to explore and walk and visited to the 9/11 area which is very sad. I'm back in my hotel for dinnerlunch and I'm going to go back out afterwards and enjoy the rest of the day.

For example:
Today I had my work classes until noon and then I had the afternoon off. I took a nap, did the laundry, and then had a shark week party! We had shark week themed cupcakes and sat around watching Shark Week for our Friday night. Since then I've been playing some Runescape, putting some decorations up on my new shelf and now I'm about to watch a little tv.
