What did you do today?

Today I changed the bedsheets and did a load of laundry.

Worked which is stressing me out right now for some projects working on there's a lot to do and I feel a little overwhelmed with that but will work through it. I didn't have time to take much of a break or lunch today and worked through most of it because of the deadlines. I am taking time away now to relax and have some dinner than go work out and listen to music.

Just the usual school classes and stuff ~ came home and did HW and watched some tv, took a nap.. that's about it. Pretty boring.

Today I did the weekly shop and did a whole load of random vacuuming around the house.

Working on a new project for work which might require me to travel again soon. I had a little break during the day and went out for a nice run since the temperature was good today.

Today I had class of course but nothing interesting happened at school. Came home, made some GFX, took a nap, now I feel kinda bad/hot/headache x.x I'm making something to eat and having a smoothie so maybe I'll feel better after that. 

Oh I also planted some sunflower seeds today in big pots that I plan to put out on the balcony for the Summer once they grow. I also ordered some grass/turf style rugs and a purple rug, and some new patio furniture stuff for out there. My plan is to put the giant purple rug in the center and cover the rest of the balcony in the grass style turf rugs, set up the patio furniture, put a bunch of plant boxes out there and fill it up with flowers, make some boxes for an herb garden, line the sides with big sunflowers, and weave purple fairy lights all around the balcony mesh. Also kinda leaning towards ordering one of those patio style couches too but I'll see once I get the rest set up because there is a lot of space out of there so I think I'll have room but I want to make sure ~

I need to plant my sunflowers I really want some big ones this year. The last few times I've failed at them. Dad's already getting his garden stuff together too. This balcony plan sounds so aesthetic if you get it set up I want to see.

Sunflower seeds! Yes I must get some and try to grow some this year and maybe I'll actually succeed.

Is everyone doing sunflowers this year now? Should I get some? I'm not even sure what to do with them if I get them

Oh no you too?  I like the balcony idea but I did say no more plants there are too many plants in the house somehow now and then I come in the living room and now there are pots of more plants lol. I feel like I'm starting to live in the Amazon Jungle.

Worked mostly but did get out to the gym this evening after.

I went to the garden centre this morning and got a bag of compost and a packet of sunflower seeds.

This afternoon I carefully planted the seeds. In the past  I've not had a lot of success growing sunflower seeds, so I'm hoping that this year I will get some nice sunflowers.

My dad was having problems with his because squirrels and other animals immediately dig them up and eat them. He solved that by starting the seeds in small disposable pots on his windows sil and after they started sprouting he transferred them to his outside boxes. Idk if that might help you out or not.

Maybe I should try this method since I've no idea what I'm really doing. I'm going to get them over the weekend.

I have squirrels in my garden as well so I've planted sunflower seeds in small fibre pots and will keep them indoors and when they're large and strong enough I'll plant them out.

I finished work and went grocery shopping with @Sakura but the strangest thing happened. A woman grabbed our shopping cart and just ran away with it leaving both of us standing there confused. We turned around and our full cart was just....gone We did eventually locate the cart after two trips around the store. It was abandon in an aisle about five over from where it was taken. Nothing was missing it was just very....confusing. I'm going to write it off as another weird incident that happens when you're out with Serey.
