I haven't caught up to the latest episodes yet, but the story is so interesting I just keep watching. So far, my favorite character is Irumi. I'm really drawn to his unique vibe. I got the feeling that it was a cut down version of a longer original source because there seemed to be a lot cut out between some of the scenes. I think the next project is supposed to be a movie that wraps up the franchise. Even the reveal about the main antagonist didn’t really amount to anything. Spy x Family season 3 - this closing arc has been one of the series best. One more episode to go. efaardvark Posted December 23, 2025 Share Posted December 23, 2025 (edited) Got most of the way through Akujiki Reijou to Kyouketsu Koushaku, aka "Pass the Monster Meat, Milady" today. (Seriously, who comes up with these title translations? ) Surprisingly it's kinda fun. Not my preferred SF but at least it isn't an isekai with an OP main character going after a demon lord, and the romance isn't just said character collecting a bunny/elf/cat-eared harem along the way. I'll take what I can get. I'm actually finding it worth watching to the end, which is somewhat more than I was expecting tbh. As I’ve noted before, didn’t get very far in my initial attempt to watch the original Umamusume. But this latest incarnation is most likely my #3 of 2025 (behind MHA Final Season & Dandadan season 2). Will finish Gnosia’s first cour but undecided whether I’ll continue beyond. Need to finish Sanda (one of the year’s more interesting titles) & Witch Watch. Then will check out City: The Animation. Then will probably focus on the new season of shows. Already saw the first 2 eps of JJK Culling Game at the movies & will probably rewatch the prologue special for Fate Strange Fake. Started watching Fujimoto Tatsuki 17-26. The Chainsaw Man similarities are evident. Wasn’t licensed by anyone in the US while it was airing, but Amazon’s Prime just added all 13 eps.
