what was the weirdest Dream you ever had?

Yesterday night I had a weird dream, I dream about the asian boy I once liked in middle school. And we had this weird conversation, i still remember clearly.

He: oh,you surely changed a lot.

Me: …..

He: Oh, don’t you remember you confess your feeling toward me at the other side of the road and you yelled so loud that everyone hears?

Me: O_O what? what?

He: and after I reject you , you begin to write poems to me everyday.

He: (Start reading my poem)

Me: ahh! Stop that! >o<

Then I woke up, after that I thought : that was weird, aren’t he supposed to be timid and cold , what he did in my dream was so not his personality, and he don’t speak English! (in my dream, he speaks English )

So what's your weirdest dream you ever had?

Dreams do seem random don't they? Apparantly when you dream you're really in that deep stage of sleep and your mind is really recovering then (don't quote me on that).

Thing is since I started working full-time I rarely dream anymore. :( Probably due to my short 6-7 hour sleep days during the week.

How long do you normally sleep Katy?

Most likely the reason that you don't dream anymore after starting work is because your brain is too tired after a hard days work. It happened to me when I was often buried in lots of work in office.

Or it could also be that you had dreams just that you had forgotten about it. I read once that we forget majority of our dreams within 5mins after we wake up. Will try to find that article again as it contains lots of fun facts.

9 to 10 hours, maybe 11 hours on weekends. It seems too much but I study almost all day. I work on my school works from about 8 am (before is 7 am, but I can’t get up early now because it is now daylight saving time). Before doing school work I water the garden at the backyard. I finish schoolwork at around 8pm, and then read novels or draw stuffs or maybe practice French with the audio CD. I usual sleep at around 9:30 or 10 pm. And I usually have dreams every night. Notice i use “dreams” instead of “dream”? yeah, sometimes I have more than two dreams a night. That is very tiring.

By the way, the things about confess in front of many people at a road and yelling it out loud, and writing love poems is true.

I also fold origami hearts and let him borrow my homework to copy.

But maybe that all scared him. Maybe he like the type of shy quiet Asian girl. In his eyes, I’m always the “American girl”, the kind of girl who is too energetic and outgoing.Maybe he didn’t like the kind of girl who is too honest with her feelings.

Damn it, I think about him again.

Well it's not exactly the weirdest dreams I've had, but it definitely stands out to me.

Okay, so the dream starts with a peaceful looking old fashioned town, then a noise sounds off and an anthropomorphic dogs comes ridin' in on a motorcycle. He stops, takes out guns and starts shooting all over the place. Then out of a building bursts an angry cat with a giant glowing red sword. They fight some. And then that's it. I wake up after that point. I wish there was more too it. It seemed so interesting.

I pretty much never dream and when I do it's either a nightmare or a night terror.

I suppose my weirdest dream that almost wasn't a nightmare involved my favorite anime character showing up at my doorstep and being yandere for me. Remember to be careful what you wish for kids, it might come back to bite you. Or murder all your friends and family. :?

My entire dream world is weird so I can't really say which one is the weirdest. There was one time when I had a dream that all my friends in band and I tried drugs then died. Then we were ghosts and we were looking at our own gravestones. (I've never had drugs before) So it was just really weird.

You'll have to bare with me, whilst I blow the dust off review my LiveJournal :D!

I've not really used my LiveJournal much, since 2010, so there will be some dreams I haven't logged, but I don't remember most of them when I wake up, then there's some I remember for five minutes, but those usually also get forgotten, as to get up out of bed, is like admitting defeat ;)!

I wonder if it's more bizarre to have a dream about everyday life, or something random ;)! Actually, when I was on holiday in Iceland (during it's season of 24 hour "day"), I dreamt about getting up twice, before getting up, looking at my LiveJournal, this appears to not be the first time I've done this, although it seems in the other instance, I dreamt of getting up four times!

I think the easiest thing for me to do, is to compose a LiveJournal entry of my dreams, although I'm not sure I've made a record of them all, obviously any dreams after 2010 aren't listed, and I'm not sure when it was I had the dream where I was some sort of "one man space cavalry", rescuing people, and, I think, a "love interest", however I could be wrong on some of those details!

Anyway, LiveJournal link to follow :D!

EDIT: Interestingly, the one post I want to be public, didn't want me to make it public, as it only gave me the options of "Friends", "Private" and "Custom", and when I've saved it, and tried to change the settings, it's decided to stick on "Connecting..."!

Still, it's not important, as really the question is weirdest dream, not weirdest dreams - would you believe it, the moment I start ranting about it, it does it, anyway, so weirdest dream!

I do think the idea of doing something ordinary in your dreams is pretty bizarre, actually from looking through my LiveJournal

I found an entry where I dreamt about someone (although they dreamt about me first), and then dreamt that I told them about dreamming about them, before I told them in real life, however the reaction in the dream was different to real life, although it could be I baffled her by saying "I was going to say that I dreamt about you, however, before I could tell you, I dreamt about telling you that I dreamt about you", so her real life response was "oh right", whilst in the second dream, she asked about the first dream!

That said, one of these two dreams might take the crown for weirdest dream:

[spoiler=Climb to Heaven]

  • I find myself climbing a stairwayish rock formation, which perhaps leads up to Heaven, don't think I'm climbing it because I died or anything that dramatic, but more as something to do; the first giant cube-esque rocks are quite easy to climb, but then as I get higher up the footholds seem to be harder to get into, unless you scale from the sides or underbelly of the cube-esque rock formation, but that means you have no "safety net", fall and you fall to your death, unlike scaling the front, fall, and you'll fall back down to the previous level, sure it will be painful, but you won't die; I look down, and God, it's a horrible sight, how high am I?
  • I make an attempt of scaling the sides, but my limbs are shaking too much to do anything, so I sit in the middle of the top, shaking, and then a giant golden hand comes out of the clouds, I would presume it to be God, and he tells me to shake his hand, and it will be all over, and I do so, and find myself in Liverpool, just outside one of its train stations, still shaking I might add, and then someone else materialises, a short female with short blonde hair, I turn to her and say "God helped you out then too?", and she says "No, I got all the way up to the top myself", thinking about it, I kinda go a bit queesey, and my limbs throwing themselves about independently to my body; my right arm ends up linking into this girl's left arm, after, what could be probably described as accidently attacking her beforehand, I explain that I'm a bit queesey, she says she'll stay with me until I'm alright, and then we walk off, I wake up, the end!

[spoiler=A hometown with a difference]

  • It all begins with me heading out to my local train station, which (in the dream) is down a steep downhill slope, with a corner - weirdly enough, this isn't the first time that its been in this location, in my dreams; I feel that my shoes do not have enough grip on them to prevent me from sliding down the slope, and possibly off the edge (due to its sharp corner); I attempt to slowly slide down, in a sitting position - the tarmac was strangely soft; It turns out that this new course of action was a mistake, and I end up uncontrollably sliding down anyway, nearly falling off the edge; getting up, I see the alternative, and safer route, noting that it would have been better to have taken that route instead!
  • I finally get to the station, which (in the dream) is much grander than it is in real-life, and board a train, however whilst it's moving I realise that I need to present a pass or ticket; patting my pocket, I find it to be empty, although, before a problem can arise, I find myself in a complete different situation - this is where it truely gets bizarre, and deserves the crown of the most bizarre dream I've had (and remembered))!
  • Four different types of creatures attempt to hide in various places, with the process (the "hiding") being set to Benny Hill Music! During the process, there are stills of the five evolutionary stages of one of the creatures; after a while, the creatures get bored, and start eating each other; I (don't recall but I assume I must have) saved a young dark skinned boy during the panic, and I take him back to his house; his father answers the door, and thanks me, in French; noticing that I appear to not have understood him, he disappears inside, and a litle blonde haired fair skinned girl comes to the door, and says "thank you sir", to which I reply "sure, no problem, thanks", not understanding the word "thanks", she disappears inside!

So there we have it, after reviewing my LiveJournal, those are my weirdest dreams, however, I did also have one dream, where I actually drew an item that featured in it, in Microsoft Paint:

[spoiler=Dream Glasses]untitled4359.png.e455c851e8ae9d51640c9eeaf85e2736.png

So the rest of my dreams can be found here: Some people call me the Space Cowboy - Side B! Read if you want, but no psycho-analysing ;)!

I used to have these recurring dreams as a child, that i remember to this day, that I was some kind of super hero, and that buggs bunny an uncle sam where my mentors/guardian angels, that were training me to defeat this evil, and the very last dream i had was that i had to fight this monkey man, that was like, super strong, and when i woke up, i was super spooked because i saw him looking at me in the closet, but once my vision focused, i realized it was just ine of my grandma's ugly sweaters, and some nude stockings.

Second year of College, Post-apocalyptic destroyed buildings everywhere, there was a bunch of guys in gas masks like from Korozuka, there were dead bodies everywhere and they were holding guns, I told my friends around me not to rebel. There were two burlap sacks on the ground, the first one I opened was full of dead babies, their eyes were closed and there were dark circles under their eyes like they asphyxiated. For some reason this didn't disturb me much, only made me sad. The second bag I opened was full of skinned chickens, for some reason, this one really disturbed me. I told my friends not to rebel and we were offered to go to the leader of this armed group and join them. I cautioned my companions, but we ended up going to his planet on a space ship and joining them, it looked like Saturn. He had terraformed it to make it habitable for human life. He gave us all superpowers with his science, he was like a god and was immortal, stronger than anyone. He made a guy immortal with infinite regenerative capabilities, then he gave him a vial full of superhot nano-bots which replicated infinitely. He handed it to the man, the man poured on his forehead confident in his regenerative capabilities, they ate through his skull and he regenerated, infinitely, he screamed. We decided to rebel against this god like figure and attacked him, he was infinitely stronger than us and broke the other guy who joined me's arm. We wanted to kill him and put an end to the whole thing but we could not. Then suddenly a super powerful little girl showed up and stood in front of us and told him to stop, then I woke up.

First year of College, I had a dream I died, in an ambulance, everything went black, I woke up.

Depends on how you define 'strangest'

The earliest dream that ever stuck with me too place when I was four or five years old. It took place in my parent's living room, as it existed back then. It had an out of body perspective, facing the couch like this:

jBwtbXV.png.ec0f66b35d3115e54c9978f7fb120481.png

... except at a more direct, straight forward angle.

My parents were sitting on the couch, with me sitting in between them. We were all long dead, nothing but skeletons. Despite that, we had a conversation. I remember that I talked, mournfully, about how long it had been since we'd gone out and done anything fun outside. I asked if we could possibly go out for a walk.

My parents basically shook their heads without saying anything and with great effort motioned at themselves, and then at me. It was at that point, in the dream, that I realized that the reason we hadn't done anything, hadn't gone anywhere, and had just been sitting on a couch for untold amounts of time was because... well... we were all dead. Dead people can't get up and move around, now can they?

I didn't want to accept this, so I started trying to come up with ideas to get around the fact that we were muscle-less skeletons. What if, I proposed, we went to the store and bought some crutches? That would make it easier to walk about, wouldn't it? My parents pointed out that the issue with this plan was getting out to the store in the first place.

Of any dream that has stuck with me, it definitely had the most intensely mournful atmosphere. I woke up feeling depressed as hell, basically.
