It's all or nothing for me, lol. I had the V1 of the Switch and I wanted to get the V2, the fact that it happened to be the AC version was a bonus for me. AC has helped me cope during my past a lot so I'm very partial to the series today. Now my fiance can play the Switch as well (he has my V1 now. Honestly the only reason he wanted a Switch was because he likes when I send him gifts and letters in AC, lol).

Wasn't able to do crap for gaming but I did get this baby today.

@Ohayotaku Right. I don't have a particular favorite genre since I like a variety of anime. I just get tired of hearing about mainstream anime day in and day out sometimes, lol.

Besides past gen games I really love Mass Effect Andromeda despite all the hate towards it from othe gamers. Also love Animal Crossing New Horizons, My Time At Portia, Ghost of Tsushima, Horizon Zero Dawn. I'm sure there are others just can't name them off the top of my head.

I get excited. However may get a tad annoyed if all they watch are series like Naruto, Bleach and One Piece. I'm not saying anything is wrong with those anime (I like Naruto and Bleach) but even non anime fans seem to like those. I always try to broaden their horizons with the not so hyped anime, lol.

Also this, lol. I watched the 1st episode on Crunchyroll and am waiting impatiently for the 2nd, lol. Other than that I honestly haven't checked out any new anime or new seasons of recent anime because I'm so backlogged on my need-to-watch list and it just keeps growing .

I'm far from being a doctor but it sounds like you may of been misdiagnosed possibly? When did you first get diagnosed? If it's been quite a few years I would go back and get retested. When I was taking ADHD meds I literally did all of my homework and was all A's and B's but it got to the point that the world was just too slow for me and it was driving me nuts. Come to find out I was misdiagnosed. Not ADHD but possibly Autistic since I'm showing signs more towards it then ADHD (I'm still in the middle of testing). Honestly though I'm sorry you're going through this but at that age and time schools (at least mine did) like to throw college down their students throats. You DON'T have to go to college. You can go to a trade school or you can just get a job and start a family or don't start a family, it's whatever YOU want to do. You don't have to impress anyone or go do something big because other people see it as "great". As long as you are happy that is what matters. Times are overwhelming at the moment especially for you. You are at that age where everyone especially older adults are gonna try and put you through as much pressure as possible by saying "You need to focus on this" or "You won't get anywhere by what you are doing now." What people don't get is that no, you may not be "young" forever but you are still alive and as long as you are alive you can do whatever. If you are feeling sad or down to the point that you are going to that dark place please talk to someone whether that be a friend, a parent or even professional help. Getting help or talking to someone isn't a sign of weakness it's a sign of strength!

Dragon Ball Z Kakarot (PS4) Played a about 2 hours of this. Found one of the dragon balls as Gohan before Vegeta took it and then it got taken by Freiza. So now Freiza has all 7 dragon balls and then I got left with taking care of the Ginyu Force. So far I have taken 2 down and Goku finally arrived before I ended up having to quit due to having to go back to the real world. My Time At Portia (Switch) Was able to get the generator in the cave/mine fixed as well as finding out who was stealing all the residents stuff. He wasn't difficult to defeat at all (starting to realize combat is relatively simple in this game) . I also finally got Arlo above one heart in relatiorelationship wise and did a mission with him (he also came to my rescue when 2 bandits tried saying my father owed 50,000 in debt. Arlo never did mention if he was able to catch the guys at all).

I think for me (if I can think that far back now) it was just the fact that I was obsessed with Zoids, Beyblade and Pokemon as a kid. I decided to go looking for more shows like that and discovered what anime really was. The artwork, comedy and overall emotions that make up these anime are what really got me hooked. To most kids at age 8 or 9 anime like Pokemon was probably just another cartoon to them, some liked the show and some just weren't into it but for me personally it was different. The characters seem to have more personality, the artwork had more depth to it and the series just had feeling. Most American cartoons especially back then lacked those qualities. Majority of cartoons nowadays still lack it. And I only had two friends, two that were obsessed with anime like I was (still am and they are still friends to this day). One I met in 5th grade and she was attending a different school at the time (she actually started attending my school a year after) and the second moved to my town in 10th grade. Otherwise everyone else thought anime was lame and would bully you if you even brought up the subject.

ACNH (Switch) Still haven't gotten the carriage diy and I time traveled a bit. Gonna time travel more later today after I get some sleep. I really, really want that diy and AC is gonna make me WORK for it, it appears. Sigh Digimon World: N.O. (PS4) Restarting and actually gonna focus on leveling up my team this time. I livestreamed 2 hours of the game and actually got a decent amount of followers this time around.

ACNH (Switch) Worked on more of my entrance to make it more spooky. I'm trying to get my hands on the Halloween carriage but it looks like I might have to tt to get my hands on it. Also want to get the wallpaper and flooring for Halloween too. My Time At Portia (Switch) Looks like I finally caught up to my Xbox save file. Woke up to two bandits trying to say I owe a lot of money due to your father "owing" a crap ton of debt. No worries there I have Arlo and the rest of the Civil Corps to back me up. I wonder if those bandits are even going to show up, lol.

Rewatching Rosario + Vampire since my fiance has never even heard of the series and I haven't watched it since the middle school days.

ACNH (Switch) Been working on terraforming my island more and adding more Halloween decorations to my home. Story of Seasons: FOMT (Switch) Hopped back onto this game for a bit. Didn't do much though. Just been digging in the mines some more.

Animal Crossing New Horizons (Switch) Spent most of my day playing this game off and on getting ready for the Halloween event. Planted some pumpkins, cleared out most of the main room in my house, bought whatever costumes the Able sisters had for the day and spent Nook Miles tickets for the extra skin and eye colors. Did some minor terraforming too.

Planet Zoo (PC) Spent most of my time on this game working on the Arctic section of my Zoo. I got most if not all of the staff buildings done up and the food court pretty much finished. Just need to hire more staff and start on some exhibits as well as some more decorating. Been doing pretty well on funds and attracting more visitors. Genshin Impact (PS4) For it being a free game it's actually not half bad. I decided to actually livestream it. Graphics are good, audio is good and seems like the gameplay is spot on.

@Shiv I doubt you will have to give up anime. You might just grow out of being perverted who knows? I probably will be the biggest pervert in the entire nursing home and I'm female, lol. My grandma is 80 and still talks about when she used to be young and wild. She likes to tell me how I'm lucky, lol. And she doesn't seem like the little old lady to talk like that but she surprises you, lmao. I honestly wouldn't worry about it but if it really does bother you when you are at that age or close to it then don't be afraid to talk about it especially with a professional. A lot of old people are still perverts to this day, most just keep it to themselves or to others around their age, lol.

Also you have to realize that being in high school doesn't necessarily determine the age of the character unless the author or creators reveal that character's age in some way (I was 18 when I was a Jr. in high school). So sexualized characters could very well be legal age. I think, and now this just my personal opinion creators or authors that do this might want viewers to see them as they want to (if you're over the age you might want to see them as legal age of consent or if you are a minor you might want to see them as under the age as well). Also when the anime comes to America the people who do the translations, etc could also change it to where the character is 18. I doubt they are gonna bring over highly sexualized anime over to the U.S.A. that contains underage kiddies. They are gonna at least portray them as older than what they may be in Japan. I hope this helps. This is the upside of anime or just about any fictional character. You can make them any age you want.

@Shiv Most likely. I mean I wouldn't go announcing it out in the real world saying you like high school anime girls. Most non-anime people would probably be weirded out and treat you like you were a pedo, lol. I personally try to see it from other people's views especially if they are from another country. Also the USA allows 15 year olds to be married to those 18 or older as long as they had written consent from their parents (two of my best friends were both married at 15 and their spouses were 20). So honestly the entirety of age of consent confuses me, lol. Like it's illegal for someone 18 or older to sleep with a 14, 15, 16 year old unless they are married or you can legally date them but can't have physical intercourse with them. It's starting to feel like it's subjective nowadays.

I see a lot and I do mean a lot of adults having the hots for characters like Deku (My Hero Academia) who are obviously under age. It obviously doesn't bother me but then again maybe it's because it's from an entirely different country and their laws are quite a bit different from my own (USA)? I don't know. I don't watch a lot of newer anime that consist of a lot of high school age characters. I do still rewatch a lot of the older ones and I still am crazy about certain characters which doesn't bother me at all simply because I know if they were real they would be my age now or older, lol (like Shikamaru from Naruto). But like I said it doesn't bother me. What would bother me is someone seeing them hot or wanting to bang them because the character simply is under age. That right there for me would draw the line...
