I do believe the anime landing page was a bit of a drag as well.... still, since I like the whole review thingy, I thought maybe creating a section for them as articles would be better. We wouldn't have the problem of an anime not existing in the landing page as well, so anyone could review any anime at any time. (dunno if that's even a good suggetion or not )

I got several things today.... like 23 tons of fabric and also glue, some new hair ties (cause I've lost all of the old ones) and a couple of charcoal erasers for class.

Tsunderes are probably the 'dere' I like the least. Character-wise, they're very unrealistic (honestly, who behaves like that?) and a very simplified version of what could be a more complex and deep character (like all deres tbh). I understand people can sometimes act mean and take a while to warm up to others, but tsunderes get annoying most of the time. Punching/kicking/cursing people just because you don't want them to see your soft side (and then blushing and muttering 'b-baka') is not okay man. Still, a well-written tsundere might as well work.... but then could it still be called a tsundere?

Hmmm my ten faves..... it's a hard to choose I'll just randomly say the ten I enjoyed most, no specific order - Psycho-pass - Hakuoki - Akatsuki no Yona - Spice & Wolf - Dance with Devils - Kuroko no Basket - Nana - World Destruction - Gekkan shoujo Nozaki-kun - Boku no Pico okay okay, obvious troll is obvious I'm just saving the last spot for Rainbow since I haven't found time to finish it yet. Why am I so sure it's gonna end up in my favourites? Simple. It puts all other anime I've watched to shame.... I'll give it a -insert random hilariously big number-/10

I guess I have to add Osomatsu-san on my list, too... Some episodes nearly killed me and it's the frst time I'm not exaggerating AT ALL!!! There are times I can't breathe from laughing too much and I have to pause the episode and catch my breath or else I'll die ._. (I also usually fall off the bed where I'm sitting)

I'm not very familiar with gift cards since they're not used much around here but still, I'm pretty sure I prefer cash so I don't think I'd enjoy being given one. I can't really explain it but I always felt a strong aversion towards cards of any kind (like credit cards etc). They just don't feel right....

No one bats an eye because this has been an occurrence for centuries. Whenever your personal opinion on a singer may be, you can't deny the effect it had on people, talented or not. That singer effected people and contributed in society in some way. That's why people care. Over constantly crying over something that has been going on for centuries.

Anyone get mad when people call anime cartoons?

My guess is that this happens mostly for the convenience of customers. At the store were I buy manga, manga and comics are under the category 'comics' but they have separate shelves for the two (imagine if you wanted to buy manga but had to search through an enless pile of all kinds of comics, both american and japanese...). That's because the fanbases are different and don't fit together (I only know like 2 people who read both manga and comics). Since customers have decided that comics and manga are two different things, it's only natural stores will follow. Therefore, I believe the separate categories that stores provide, are a result of the attitude of fans towards them. Honestly, I don't think the staff who organises manga and comics care which is which. They'd much rather throw in everything together, if you ask me. The only reason they keep them separated is because that's what the public wants. -

That's true but it's better this way, isn't it? To me, mainstream gets boring. Take a popular song for example. At first you like it a lot but then you hear it everywhere you go 24/7 and it ends up getting on your nerves I totaly agree with that. I love anime and all but there have been cases where I wanted to smack a weeb in the face " Some people just go overboard with their obssessions... Thankfully, I've never met anyone like that irl
