  1. Welcome bae, coucou to you too. Can you tell us about your username being that your real name is off limits?
  2. Hard to answer, I'll just take the easy way out and say the newer the better. But, if I really had to pick a favorite to play on, I'd go with Sons of Liberty on ps2.
  3. I've owned an nes, snes, Playstation 1, 2, and 3, and I've played on a couple of other consoles, but since the newest thing I own is a PS3, that's my favorite. As far as games, I would have to say that the Metal Gear Solid lineup is one of my favorites for sure. I'm a fan of espionage, spies, double agents, politics. That kind of thing.
  4. Welcome to the forum. Hope you enjoy it.
  5. Hi there @Oshi Re, welcome to animeforum, and let me just say, good for you for trying to be more social. I'm a bit of an introvert, too, but lately I've been making the effort to be more outgoing. If you don't mind me asking, where are you from? And also, where can I see that picture of you in costume?
  6. Survey says....................Yes, we'll allow it. Regardless of how you met, if you're physically hanging out with them, they count.
  7. Thanks for the responses. Now comes the hard part, walking into an apple store.
  8. Just remember, the smoke alarm is not the timer, lol. But seriously, don't be too hard on yourself and keep at it, you'll pick it up. Aside from rice, have you had success with another dish?
  9. So I don't currently own a computer, and haven't for years, but I've been thinking of getting one lately. I get tired of trying to do everything on my phone(iphone 5s). I have a computer at work, but in the past couple of months, they've been turning up the block-o-meter which makes it no fun. My question is, are the iMac's worth it? Like I said, I haven't owned a comp in a while, so I don't need the most top of the line thing there is, but I also don't want something that will be freezing on me every day. Would like some advice, but mainly I just want someone to say yes, since I pretty much already have my mind made up on it. Thanks.
  10. Out of the few friends I have, only one is into anime, and even then, we don't talk about it that much. We'll usually just talk about some high points in a show, and then the subject gets changed to something else, mainly gossiping about work, lol, we work at the same company. However, if San Japan hadn't snuck up on us this year, he said he would've been down to go.
  11. Texhnolyze. It's starting a little slow, but it has my attention so far. I plan on sticking with it.
  12. Nothing fancy in mine, it's just my nickname since I was a kid. Nobody can tell me who coined it or where it came from, so I really like it.
  13. Well, here's mine. Inuyasha with his jack-o-lantern. Not scary, but it is halloween themed. I'm terrible at shading, so I left it as is.
  14. DBZ is full of impressive deaths, Majin Vegeta is up there, along with the way Krillin died, but they lose a little bit of luster because they get wished back. None of the other shows I've watched besides DBZ and Yu Yu Hakusho have had main characters deaths. Or at least I can't remember right now. lol
  15. Yu Yu Hakusho. Yusuke was 14 years old in the series, and that's also the age that I was when I started watching the show. So I felt like I was him. I was in junior high at the time, and I had a horrible attitude(still kinda do). I wasn't able to hang out with friends after hours, so I kinda just started hating everything and became a loner. It's also around the time that I became a boxing fan. So I was 14, rebellious, full of anger, and liked fighting, yeah, I could relate to him.
  16. Today I broke out of my shell for just a tiny bit, and I enjoyed it. Feeling good.

  17. Honestly, I enjoy walking too. Sometimes I'll walk around downtown and not even go inside any store or anything, literally just walk around.
  18. I travel somewhat frequently, mainly by vehicle, and although fairly taxing at times, I like it. As cliche as it sounds, it's nice hitting that open road. Hopefully sometime soon, I'd like to step it up and visit France and Japan.
