Two Animes I can't seem to remember.
Greeneyes replied to DarkEmperor13's question in Recommendations
How recent did you watch either of these shows? A time frame of when you possibly seen them could rule out a lot of new anime. -
Hi, I would be very grateful if someone can help me. Is it possible on My Anime list to make a detailed search? And how? I want a search on all the anime post 2015 within the action/magic category with a ranking higher than 7 (out of 10)

The type I play is a lot of single player games on Playstation but on the computer I like to play MMORPG's that allow you to pick classes and level and train characters either as by yourself or with friends.

~ Cat girl, fox girl, or dog girl ? which would you rather have? ~
Yokai_Magic replied to XII360's topic in Chit Chat
I know I am well LATE to this forum, but had to voice my opinions. I feel like the TYPE of each is important, for example there are many cat-girls whom I wouldn't pick over a fox-girl any day of the week, however Omamori Himari's female lead Himari is a Bakeneko (Monster/Demon Cat) and is absolutely stunning with her samurai-style servitude and yet still extremely seductive towards her master with just the right amount of Nyaa~'s. Meanwhile my preferred type of Fox-Girl only has so very few animated characters whom I would actually go for; Tenko Kuugen, Konohana-Tei girls, Hagoromo Gitsune, to name some of the few, as opposed to the plethora of animated cat-girls. I do however love many Fox-Girls who appear in various un-animated manga such as Yuki from Tamayura Kitsune, who is a fox granted human form by the god whom she serves as a shrine-maiden (Fox-Girls make the best shrine maidens). Honestly have very little interest in Dog-Girls, of course if you count wolves then Holo the Wise Wolf (Spice and Wolf) is hands down the greatest animal eared girl in history (first animal eared waifu), though her appearance and actions are so fox-like that it irritates me that she is said to be a wolf. However there is one dog-girl I have found in the past year of two that has been deemed waifu material and that is Wereanna from Kamitachi Ni Hirowareta Otoko (at least the manga) as she is fiercely loyal and beautiful, of course her wolf-like feeling helps earn her points. Similarly there are many Sub-Categories such as cats > big cat - girls, such as tiger girls or what have you that have a strong appeal. In the end it really comes down to individual characters traits for me, but I do admittedly lean towards Fox-Girls (Kitsune), the only outliers that could convince me otherwise are samurai cat-girl Himari and Wise Wolf-girl Holo. (Unsurprisingly all of my favourite of each are yokai/demons/spirits, which is where I spent my early anime days) -
Give them tickets to an anime convention.

Hi i'm mimi, i'm new here and i'm in love with anime, i've already watched more than 200 anime, i've decided to make a channel on youtube with reviews and opinions about anime that are not so well known or mainstream. My first two videos are about anime: Metallic Rouge and Delicious in Dungeon. If someone could tell me what they think of the videos that I have uploaded and if it catches their attention, or what I would do to improve them, I would deeply appreciate it, since I don't know much about anime but nothing about making videos, I know that they won't be the best videos in the world, but I would appreciate your opinion.

I can relate to that. My mother was often complaining about how much I spent on buying anime DVDs, merch and going to anime conventions. I pointed out to her that as I didn't smoke or drink my total monthly anime spend was far less than I'd spend in a month on cigarettes and visits to the pub. This muted her protests a bit, but the real issue was that anime was Japanese and she didn't like the Japanese.

I've been seeing a lot more anime related content on my Facebook feed recently, I suppose it's really all my fault for liking and commenting on a couple of anime postings. On the plus side it has made FB a lot more interesting.

Probably like 10 years ago I watched an anime that was about a guy and a girl that really disliked each other, and their parents ended up getting married and they had to live together. They also fell in love with each other, but then the guy moved to America for I think college, and the girl chased after him, I think they ended up together. One of the characters may have been named Yui.. or Yuri.. I honestly can't remember I know it was a romance anime and I've been trying to find the name of it so I can watch it again, does anyone happen to know what this anime is?

What movie/TV show/Anime tracking app are you using?
Zeref replied to chongjasmine's topic in Chit Chat
I have a MAL but forget to use it all of the time. A lot of the time I will browse Crunchyroll for new animes that I just have not seen or what looks interesting. -
This is so very true because my mom still yells at me about what I spend money on. She is always telling me I shouldn't be buying anime merch / going to concerts / anime conventions / clothes / etc and that I should be saving it to go on vacations Despite the fact I went to 2 different countries last year so yes clearly I also go on vacations. This makes me think she just wants something to argue about or try to control lol. I think people should be able to buy/do whatever they want with their money if it's making them happy whether that is going on vaca's or spending money on games/anime.

Do you love watching Animes or reading Mangas? Do you love writing and sharing your thoughts about the Animes you’ve seen? If that’s you, then here’s an opportunity to make money and reach millions of people with what you love. Our media company is looking for a creative and humorous Scriptwriter with a passion for anime to join our YouTube content team. Our new channel aims to deliver engaging, funny, and insightful anime recaps by… Providing offbeat summaries of an anime movie or series with a blend of sharp humor Including alternative character dialogues Poking fun at illogical moments, and adding personal commentary that resonates with fellow enthusiasts. Basically, we are looking to do what is done in this video for the anime niche (without the swearing though): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bLwZiriLHaI So, if you relish the thought of having the most fun with anime content and showing your comedic flair, this would be perfect for you. REQUIREMENTS: A deep-seated love for anything anime and the anime industry (this is important because it makes the work feel like play to you since Anime is something you already enjoy watching). Ability to write a recap of the anime you watched using a fast-paced, humorous conversational tone, just like it’s done in this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bLwZiriLHaI). You don’t necessarily have to be the best writer in the world, but you have to be able to have fun while writing this (it’s very important). A good eye for catching logical errors in movies/animations in order to poke fun at them A great sense of humor and a strong understanding of comedic timing, especially in relation to anime recap content. Openness to occasional collaborative meetings via Zoom to sync up with the team and ensure our vision is hilariously captured. THINGS THAT WOULD BE EXPECTED FOR EACH SCRIPT: Watch with a keen eye an anime movie assigned to you and write a funny recap of using a super casual/conversational tone. Infuse alternative character dialogues that could make the script funnier Recognize logical flaws in the movie (most animations always have) and poke fun at those moments in a humorous way. Add personal commentary that resonates with fellow enthusiasts. Add timelines and references to the script to help the video editor know which part of the movie you’re talking about in each paragraph of the script (this will help the video editor know which clip to use in which place) Add direction notes for both the voice-over artist and video editor to help them understand and capture your thought process better. The expected word count for each script would be 2000+ words COMPENSATION: $40-$60 per script Milestone bonuses % of the channel revenue as long as you keep working with us. HOW TO APPLY Please fill this application form and we will reach out ASAP: https://forms.gle/gb6Cqh992B9XpX2u6 We are hiring ASAP, and we can’t wait to have you onboard. I just finished Frieren recently. While I agree with it being the best thing to air over the past 6 months, I have to feel it’s current ranking on MAL is overstating things. Will be wrapping up a number of series this weekend: Wrong Way to Use Healing Magic • Solo Leveling • Ragna Crimson Need to catch up on: The Dangers in my Heart season 2 • Shangri La Frontier • The Apothecary Diaries • Undead Unluck Looking forward to Yuru Camp season 3 a week from today.

Golden time!!! I love this anime it’s definetly one of my favorite For my personal favorites I guess lucky star, azumanga daioh, bocchi the rock, non non biyori, danshi koukousei no nichijou, humours Umaru Chan, jahy sama wa kujikenai, kobayashi san chi no maid dragon, nichijou, Saiki Kusuo no Ψ-nan, shinryaku ika musume, Sewayaki Kitsune no Senko-san, deaimon and diaries of our days at the breakwater club. I don’t know if it can be considered slice of life since it’s more of comedy but grand blue dreaming is a very good one. Also there is a lot of romance anime that are slice of life that I really like like nisekoi, toradora, bottom tier character tomozaki kun, baka to test to shoukanjuu, haganai, Haiyore nyaruko san, gamers, hoshizora e kakaru hashi, Kaguya sama love is war, karakai jouzo no takagi san, nyan koi, seto no hanayome and wotakoi.

There is an idea to write a program that will help you connect the outer tracks (audio, subtitle) to a video file in various players, where this possibility is absent or inferior. In this regard, I want to ask how much such an assistant is in demand? What video player do you use and why it is? Do you often have to deal with a video where a set of voices/subtitles is represented by external files lying in folders (Sound, Subs, etc.)? How do you watch such material (the player picks up, or move the selected paths to the root of the folder, or maybe pre -glue them in MKV)? Do you use the playlist’s function or open each series separately? Watch video material from the local disks of a computer or from network folders (for example, NAS storages)?

I like to see the cosplays of different people that they create and artist booths. I like to be able to purchase merchandise at cons and be able to talk to other fans. There is a bigger sense of community at anime conventions where you are able to meet people from around your area and establish some friendships with fellow anime fans.
