What did you do today?

I had kinda a long day but it was nice ~ this morning we went to see my mom & step-dad. Well that actually ended up being a little weird and awkward and I was kinda glad when it was over lol 

We did a lot of walking in downtown Chicago which was sooo nice  I got to visit all my favorite places, we went to the Field museum & to the Shedd Aquarium. Going to the aquarium was my fave part of the day because when I lived here our class did volunteer work there for our marine studies and I know most everyone there and we were able to go back and see the beluga's privately and it was so fun seeing them again  I missed those lil guys ~ 

We got Wendy's cheese fries for lunch and ended up meeting some of our friends in the Chinatown area later to hang out and get some dinner. We also walked around the lakefront and the main areas like the beach and Magnificent Mile. Mostly showing @Eris around and also visiting tons of places I'd missed. I think it really helped me because it made me feel like I was finally home again and I knew I missed it here but it really hit me harder today x.x 

Tomorrow there is even more to do so I'm looking forward to that and I'm pretty tired at this point so I think I'll actually be able to sleep well tonight.

That sounds like a lot of fun. I think being back home is best for you right now. I hope you guys have a good time this weekend. 

I slept in today then made myself a nice lunch of curry chicken. I cleaned out one of my closets and that feels like some good progress. I'd been meaning to get that finished for awhile. The rest of the day is going to be just me relaxing inside. I might visit some friends later but it's not certain yet.

I think that being back home among your family and being able to visit all your favourite and familiar places is the best place for you to be at the moment.

 

Today I spent most of the day with my friend watching anime together. We don't see each other very often because we live a long way apart and he has a busy job.

I'm very happy to hear you are having a good time at home with family and seeing friends. Seeing places like this feels good I'm sure I can relate because I miss many places back home too. Enjoy your time take as much of it as you need. First will always come getting your health better. 

I'm staying inside today because I don't feel entirely well. I'm playing games and half sort of watching tv while doing that.

I went out on a boat trip this afternoon and @Eris almost fell in :V we've been riding on the Uber scooters all around town and shopping.  next @Sakura and I are taking him on one of the Chicago ghost tours. I'm not sure about later later but probably watching a movie with our dad and having dinner.

The rat hole is.... quite the experience of Chicagoan culture lol. Didn't I read they removed the actual hole of the rat itself? We went to the rathole music fest before we had left Chicago lmao 

For anyone that doesn't know what the Chicago rat hole might be. People leave offerings at it and someone got married there. If anyone wants to know what Chicago is like this pretty much sums it up. Everyone is as weird as @Sakura. It's an entire city full of thousands of Sereys

I waNNA Get married at the rat hole  LMAO yeah they did move it which was stupid honestly >.< But you can still go to the spot. 

Today was Easter which I spent most of the time with my family. We had a nice lunch with turkey, potatos, corn, green beans, biscuits, mac & cheese, baked beans, potato salad, lots of pies and cheesecake lol ~ I was really glad we had turkey because usually they do ham for Easter and I don't really eat ham. We went for a drive earlier out to Rosemont to see my mom again. She wanted to see us on Easter x.x Didn't really do anything out there but suffer XD Been home since then just hanging out with my sister. I would have liked to hang out with @Eris but he keeps stealing my dad and all they do is play games together

I've had work today which I'm just getting home from. I don't plan to do anything interesting. There's a clan event on my game tonight and after that I'm going to bed.

I figured it was just because the both of you have been such big disappointments /derp 

 

What did I do today. Let's see. I slept in - something @Sarada couldn't do  I hung out with her dad most of the day. He's a pretty chill guy. We've been playing a buncha different games together. He's mostly retired now so I think he's bored. I plan on hanging around here until after Serey gets out of the hospital so guess I'm gonna be here a bit longer.

Mostly worked as is the usual for me during the week. I did go out for a walk at lunch because the weather was nice today even if it felt cold. I'm going to make dinner soon or might go out for dinner I don't know if I feel like cooking something. This week seems long and draggy already. There is a lot on my mind which is making it seem longer I think.

It was my first day back to work after a 4 day long weekend. We went away for the weekend and had soooo much fun, I might share some pictures and whatnot later, might not, we shall seeeee. 
 

so today was catch up at work, but it hasn’t been too busy lately which means it wasn’t bad at all. Now I wait for the bus home!
