We had marmosets once when I was younger and those were the most interesting pets I've ever had up until I met Sir Winston Churchill the 2nd, aka "Squirrel", @Sakura's ferret. Which I now also claim as my own ferret lol. They are like having a cat and a puppy in one animal, and possibly a chimpanzee or something. They steal everything, sleep for 15 - 16 hours a day, when they are awake never stop running and playing, fall asleep in your lap or your bed, and get into every thing they aren't supposed to. I am always amused every time this fur snake is awake.

Ha yes the fur snake is awesome.. except when he tries to hide food and you smell it days later so you always have to watch out for that.. or when he steals the remote, jewelry, shoes and basically anything he can get his lil paws on lol ~ He even tried to steal my Yugioh cards once and I caught him dragging the pack across the floor in a hurry lolll

Some interesting banana facts are:

Banana peels are edible: Banana peels are rich in nutrients like potassium, dietary fiber, and polyunsaturated fats. The inside of a banana peel can also help relieve itching and inflammation

Bananas are mood enhancers: Bananas contain tryptophan and Vitamin B6, which help the body produce serotonin.

Humans share DNA with bananas: Humans share about 50% of their DNA with bananas.

I' m not going to start eating banana skins either, I'll stick to just eating the bananas I munch my way through 6 a week, that's one a day for lunch with 2 buttered bread rolls and a apple.

Bananas are very good for you, so join the banana eating club. 😀

Every week @Sakura buys bananas pretending she's going to eat them, and every week a bunch of bananas sit on the counter slowly turning brown until I throw them out while she snacks on potato chips and cookies. (Yes I told on you) 😆

There is something about the texture that keeps me from eating them, even though...

@Sakura You really should eat those bananas, they're much better for you than potato chips and cookies, besides which it's not good to throw food away.

Yes! Finally someone for once in my life said it right. What is up dog?  You got it.

What's up is that I should be downstairs unpacking the bags from my little holiday last week and deciding what needs to go in washing machine and what just needs putting away, but I'm still upstairs on here posting things instead. But it's so much more fun than doing the laundry

Did you know that scented laundry products can release toxic volatile organic compounds (VOCs) that are hazardous to your health? A University of Georgia study found that 1 in 10 people were irritated by fragranced laundry products. In addition, many laundry detergents contain chemicals that can contaminate water sources, endanger marine life, and pose a risk to human health. The EPA classified 1,4-Dioxane, a toxic chemical found in many common laundry detergents, as a likely carcinogen.

I've never been able to use scented laundry products because they do irritate my skin and make me feel itchy.

I tried using a scented laundry product once, and found that I really didn't like the smell of it.
