Find a friend, IRL or e-friend, who you trust and who will listen to you in a sympathetic and non-judgemental way and will support you. Thanks, I know that's true but I usually keep my emotions/feelings in and I know it's a bad thing lol ~ but in this particular case I'm not sure if expressing them is something I should do.
