  1. Ohayou, minna! I'm piiachu and it's nice to be part of this forum! I hope I'll have a great time here with my fellow anime fans! :3 I love anime so much since I was a kid. I love different genre from shounen to meccha!

  2. Definitely subbed!! I don't know why but for me the anime loses its aura when it's dubbed. It ruins the mood for me.

  3. As you said, regardless of the gender, cheating and lying are unacceptable.

  4. Hi @numlockQ welcome to AF. I have never shopped at Nippon Yasan but here is their preorder policy: https://www.nippon-yasan.com/content/10-precommandes Sounds like you chose to Pay Later just before the release date? I would confirm with customer service before making payment just in case they already cancelled your pre-order as you’ve missed the reminder date.

  5. I am Crocus, keeper of the Twin Capes Lighthouses, 71 years old, Gemini, Bloodtype AB - wait, wrong. My screen name is leinwandname which means screen name because its my screen name - hence the name leinwandname :P. That's not my real name, AFAIK, but I'm weary of putting my real name on some internet forum. I watch most anime genre (Harem, Ecchi, etc. are off-putting for me, not because I inherently dislike them but I think they're often done poorly, IMO . I mean, I loved any kind of fan service when I was younger, and still do to some extend ) but I prefer especially visually pleasing anime like the monogatari series and also pretentious stuff like SEL or Ergo Proxy :P I'm still looking around how active this forum is and how everything works :D Hope I can find some nice people and maybe have a few discussion about these and those anime-things!

  6. Thank you! You managed to post in the very same moment I posted my previous message >.< But I have the feeling that the servers can withstand the straints of having to save one respond message more than necessary

  8. Haha, promise! Oh yeah, I've heard about it and it's everywhere on my news feed on facebook! The platelets are sooo cute! I'm looking at that section! Thanks!! Thanks so much! It's nice to know someone loves Gundam too!! The Unicorn was amazing! I recommend it! I love the animation. It's different than other Gundams. But my favourite is Gundam 00 Season 2!

  9. For the record, I only play All-ages Visual Novels. Don't need any of that hentai messing up my glorious VNs.

  11. so i wont lie to you, the only reason i even got a 3ds, was for FE series; im more of a sony fan boy than nintendo, but is fire emblem one of the best games ever made >.> and the new fire emblem looks...sexy, im not saying i might get a switch, but if i ever get one, itll be couse of the new fire emblem >_> ...muh wallet tho' >.< my phones mainly for same uses, but most of the time its games, i just have too many games in it that must be played, and since its online-oriented, i cant skip a day x.x after all, i just recently got kyutihime lancer~ and i am happi~, all i need is illya, and ill rate FGO as mobile game ever made and if i dont get her...FGO sucks >.> and also, phone is more convinient to bring with me, on school, i cant bring my consoles to school, itll be confiscated, and itll take space, phone though, slap it on my nintendo bag thats stuck on my small bag, and rev up some musics and games when its break time (i have no idea, why i still have a nintendo bag, to be honest) stronghold crusaders, ah, my brother played that, but i never got into it, i was too focused on the rpg game's i was playing at the time, (since i cant stop playing them, if i stopped and came back after a week, id forget what i was doing <.>) ever heard of time crisis ?, if you did, you get my sylvie-high seal ! (which i have no idea what it signifies), it was one of the shooter games my brother played, and also me, but i wasn't that good at it...my way of holding the controller was...not right for shooters back then >.> yea, im still living with my parents, but i have a general idea of how hard it is to be living alone, after all, only you will do everything that you're parents have done, this includes cooking, washing clothing, paying bills, etc..etc, so having a few(lots) of extra cash is a must, to avoid panic-modes, and to not end up eating ramen for a week, or worse...BREAD tho' bread and cheese with tea is lowkey neat to eat, calms the mind and invigorates your bowel movements, -- would totally not recommend doing that when you're gonna go outside >.> also, my highest spend ?, last steam sale, i spend 2k php (around 32 eur, for 5 games..!), and my allowance per month is like, 82eur's >.>, needless to say, i barely bought myself food in school when i bought those steam games worth 32eur's, it was a starving time, (i only ate back at home ;o) but totally worth it ! >.<

  12. I wound't say I find them (in both questions) deplorable or disgusting, or inherently evil in some kind, but I don't agree with what they're doing. I mean, one should have the balls and be sensitive enough to end one relationship before starting another or just sleeping with other girls/men. (Not saying you can't frequently meet other girls/men when you have a GF/BF -the other half should understand that one cannot just cut people away from their lives- but cheating is a no-no.) One shouldn't just walk through life and leave a carnage of emotional-wrecks (although, some people aren't affected by these things and some are) behind them.

  13. Hmm, mine was: ps2>NintendoDs (my brother's but I think I played more with it than he did)>ps3>psp>3ds I have all of my consoles but I only use the 3ds for Fire Emblem and MH. My phone is for me more a means to listen to music, communicate and sometimes watching YT-videos when lying in bed. I used to play a lot on my phone but my PC relieved it from its duties >.> My first game experience was with Stronghold Crusader, probably the reason why I like strategy games today. But yeah, I mainly play RPG, Grand-Strategy and one or two shooters (but very rarely). These very action-driven shooters like COD and BF interested me when I was younger but not really these days - the few shooters I have are more of tactical shooters or in a very specific historical setting. Exactly! The only thing I regularely spend money on are new books but besides that ... not really anything expensive, maybe one under 10 Euros game on steam sale... May need the money eventually, especially since I'm probably moving soon and living on my own - I have the vague idea that I might need some money for that plus some -a lot- extra in case something happens >.<

  14. It's really a great anime, so I really recommend it! The MC at first was a spoiled brat but she turned into this strong empathic heroine as the show progresses! The drawing is like those created by Yuu Watase, creator of Fushigi Yuugi and Ayashi no Ceres. I haven't seen Happy Sugar Life, but from what you've written here, it's quite intriguing

  15. Your advices really make sense! I think I really wasn't in the zone when I was learning it here because my studies were in English. I wasn't focused at all, I was making all kinds of reason not to learn it. But back in the Philippines when I had intensive classes of French, I think I was learning way more because I was enjoying it and I stayed motivated. I learned Nihongo for 2 years too, but forgot most of them! Haha. I get to practice listening when I watch anime and listen to my Jap friends having conversation. But you're awesome to memorize those characters!! Thanks so much! Thank you for your advice! I'll try to watch French movies more. I think because I'm too preoccupied watching subbed anime and j-dramas/k-dramas! I can totally relate to her! I feel like I've been here for quite some time and didn't really improve which is so ironic! I'll try to do these things. I think I have more time now to really immerse here. Parisians are quite reserved but I've seen many events like this Language Exchanges in a bar or social event. THank you so much!!!

  16. Thanks a lot!! Yeah, I love Akatsuki no Yona!! It's one of faves. I hope they'll do a second season! Haha, yeah my name is confusing!! Pi-tan is alright. It's not really limited to those genre. I watch any kinds of anime, as long as the story and graphics are great! As for meccha, I love Gundam!

  17. I should clarify that I consider games released 3-4 years ago as new games too(Well, new games compared to the most games I play ...). I probably can't run the newest BF game or COD or whatever... I can run Witcher III on low to decent graphics, for example. Although some areas are laggy. I know the problem with not wanting to waste money on new PC stuff... need to save some money - not like I have no money but I tend to be on the more cautious side when it comes to buying expensive stuff. I actually never had a PS1 so I don't know most of the games. My first concole was the PS2 and my first hand-held was the Nintendo DS (my first Pokémon game was Platinum - shocker, I know!). And I didn't even have many games, most were DBZ and Naruto games like Ultimate Ninja that I could play with my brother for hours and days. Dang it, how am I supposed to srvive know?!

  18. atleast you can run most of the new games !...i probably can too, since i did upgrade my videocard recently...not my CPU tho', my cpu that of an ancient trashy era -- one of which is probably forgotten in todays era..!, thank god it hasnt broken yet, i dont wanna waste so much cash getting new one <.> and i mean, old games are good, like, alundra, suikoden, digimon world 2/3, man, those rpg games were the best (notice how they are all PS1 titles) WOHOOO !, you just got ripped out of .50cents, a gum, and a dead fly, sucker !

  19. Heh, my PC is so bad - well my GPU at least - I can run most newer games only on 25-40 FPS... the only reason, apart from the nintendo and PSP era Monster Hunter games, that I still play on my old hand-helds. (And I love the old RPGs like BG, TES which my GPU can handle) Doesn't matter - ya won the bet >.>

  21. Thank you, I'll look around! Latin numbers - classsic problem >.< Problem with my user names are either they are too long (like mine here - unfortunately) or are german (again...), so it's harder for english speakers. But the great thing about leinwandname is, lein looks like lain XD and its a nice short form that anyone can pronounce. Dang it, i've been found it. Thanks!

  24. well; lets see, i learned a few language the languages i studied are both english and japanese; but being fair, i didnt really study english -- someone que in a lullaby song, im gonna tell a story~! sfx: lullaby_song.mp4 so there once was a child, by the name or xii360-kun, he was bad at english, he sat, and pondered how to learn the said language -- and then all of a sudden -- a light came upon his face -- it was that of the TV's light -- it showed many marvelous shows; from anime to kiddy cartoons. all of which whom spoked in english and cutting from my roleplay act; i learned english from watching tv 24/7 >.> (shows like spongebob, fairy odd parents, jimmy neutron, danny phantom, and the such) trust me -- i dont really understand what "nouns or pronouns" mean, its just -- i have this wierd gut feeling of how sentence's should be filled out, {i.e how sentences should end, start, and such), so in a way, i didn't really learn the language -- i just understood it, i guess ? as for japanese; i tried studying it years ago, i found out it was made out of hiragana -- katakana -- and kanji (being the hardest, the madmen actually made over 5000 symbols, (commonly used) while 10000 in total) needless to say, i was determined to study it -- so i wrote the symbols in a piece of paper over and over for atleast a month and then i memorized all hira/kata symbols; but then came to kanji, and lets just say, i went and told me self "eh, ill learn it when i go to japan, WHEN i go to japan, like how i learned english" and thats how i forgot all about what i learned on hira/kata but i can understand the meaning's when said -- i cant understand every japanese word said -- but same as how i learned english -- i somewhat understood what most japanese words mean -- only commonly used one's though the main tip's and tricks and life hacks on learning anything -- from my personal experience -- is to be in the "zone", and by "zone" i mean you feel happy and actually want to learn, it applies to anything, not just language, it sure helped me in school get a hella better grade/scores than i usually get; i dont mind linking you the vid my professor gave me -- which helped me understand it -- if you want that is ! so to sum it up with a TLDR; i learned english by watching cartoons, i cant write japanese, but i can understand common saying's of them, and i can also speak our language -- the Ph language also; the key to learning anything -- is being happy, and wanting to "learn" new things, and also repitition, no matter where you go, you will hear that "repitition is the key" saying's

  25. so based on my experience on shopping online -- unless there's any sort of confirmation from support/seller; then dont pay yet -- the site seems legit, so if you do decide to pay it now -- take a screenshot, multiples of it, as a proof (with time and date and all,) incase they go and say stuff like "you have not payed us" or whatsoever's, (though, they should have a log, but can never be too safe) but if it was me, since it is already past deadline of time you should have payed, you wont lose anything from waiting another week -- at worst, your order gets canceled, BUT you can just order another one, sure you will wait longer, but would you rather risk your cash, for an unsure-transaction (since it is, already past the deadline, if it was before 10th, then paying would be safe-safe, but since its past 10th, it would be a bit of a gamble) but that's just a random user on AF-forums opinion on the matter TLDR; pretty much same as what optic-senpai suggested, just wait another week for customer support
