Was going to wait until the Blu-ray release but didn't know this movie was getting a theatrical release outside of Japan! Here in Australia it's coming in November 30 in Hoyts cinemas.

Another one to definitely watch.

I'm really happy to see that Part 1 of the film is in cinemas here in Australia (Hoyts) via Madman (screening since Nov 16)

Hi @RyePotatoes yes I will be working on that today. Was delayed due to my earlier absence, definitely want to get this done.

I was actually aiming to watch this before watching Your Name (Kimi no na wa) in the theatre as the body swapping plot sounded similar. That unfortunately didn't happen and it's still on my to watch list.

It definitely sounds like it's worth watching so I'll try to watch it soon..

NEKOPARA is getting an anime OVA release thanks to a successful kickstarter that raised $963,376, well over their $100,000 goal.

Such is the power of anime neko girls? 

For those that played the NEKOPARA VN games, or those that are fans of anime neko cat girls, I'm sure this will be an absolute treat for you.  

It's due to be released sometime in December, 2017.

The character designs look really great!

I  prefer badass anime neko cat girls. Koneko and her sister Kuroka come to mind from High School DxD...

Though admittedly my liking for Koneko was probably heavily influenced by her being a tsundere and finally warming up after many seasons.  

Cute ones can be great too, and I quite like NEKOPARA's cute versions too (as shown in @Greeneyes's first post)

Is the Order a Rabbit is indeed a very cute series, I have been thinking of making a screenshot gallery of some of the characters but haven't decided who to do first yet..

Hi @SleepyLeoulf I have just checked the behaviour of this feature on the new platform and it was set to 500 content items as a requirement before you could change your member title.

I have reduced it to 100 so you should be able to change it now on your Edit Profile overlay.

I will make this more clear in the upcoming Forum Guidelines rewrite.

Okay, I have made a major adjustment to the email delivery method which should significantly reduce this delay.

All good! I THOUGHT we hammered out the editor for image uploads on the test site using copy and paste of the image in clipboard and copy and paste of the image URL but didn't consider drag and drop.

I'll make a note of this and test this again in future.

For now just copy and paste via clipboard or just copy and paste the image URL (in Chrome for example it's called the image address).

Hi @Peacock I've edited your post and this should now be fixed, apparently when you added the image you also inherited the page layout structure around the image (which contained a fixed height container) from another webpage. I'd be curious to know more details on how the image was inserted to try and prevent it from happening again? Was it just a copy and paste?

As you probably noticed in the third slider image I'm watching Yuuki Yuuna S2 (it's a prequel to the first series)

Also watching Love Live Sunshine S2 and Fate/Aprocypha (second cour continuation)

Am taking it slow this season whilst watching some older titles as I'm still working on a lot of AF things to get those anime pages up to scratch.

@RepentantSky @Wedgy I am still investigating this with the developers. When this happened, can you remember if the topic/thread was quite large? e.g. more than 1 page and/or many members have posted in it? It looks like on this platform it tries to send out the emails immediately and maybe there is a delay when it is trying to send out the notification emails to ALL members watching/following a thread.

This would make sense from Wedgy's experience as the post sounds like it goes through quickly but it doesn't refresh the page until after it sends the notification emails in the background..

Thanks for reporting - looks like @Peacock has found a bug when you insert very large images from an external website: the height is not being recognised properly. I will follow up with the developers.

If you upload the image manually and then insert it that will workaround it but yes definitely will follow up.

Profile Covers have now been manually re-added, if you already uploaded a new profile cover image before I got to your profile then I have left it alone.

I am now currently manually re-adding the Anime Landing Pages and Community Reviews that were posted.

This platform uses less overlays, so it will just take a little while to get used to. So yes indeed for status updates you will be shown the full status updates directly on the member's profile page.

Yes the behaviour is different on this platform, and I will be writing about this in the new Getting Started guides.

If you have previously viewed a topic and there have been new replies since then, a blue dot should appear next to the title. You can then click on it to take you to the last unread post. You can also click on the timestamp below the last member that replied which will always take you to the last post in the topic.

This should be a temporary issue, I have been bulk adding a lot of content and running rebuilds in the background (particularly the anime screenshot galleries) that might be adding a fair amount of load.

I noticed now that Aniplex did an English dub for Charlotte.

Comparing both the Japanese and English trailers to remind myself of the character voices, I still overwhelmingly prefer Nao Tomori's Japanese voice. But otherwise the dub actually sounds pretty solid.

I FINALLY watched this...

Yes agree the first opening theme was beautiful, and had an AWESOME symphonic, electric mix...

Story was quite intriguing and Ryouta Murakami wasn't actually that bad of a protagonist! The mix of gore, ecchi, thriller action and supernatural sci-fi though was bizarre at first but thankfully the ecchi harem did tone itself down.

Neko Kuroha was really adorable.

The Sci-Fi plot regarding the background of the witches was endearing and I really enjoyed it... 

But... the ending?!

... that's it? It built a huge climax up (Evangelion style) in several locations, it set the scene up... then it became anti-climatic. I really wished this was two cour, to stretch it out more and either give the witches more development and the sci-fi more time to flesh out. So many unanswered questions!!

First of all my apologies for the delay.

What was meant to take 3 days of downtime turned out to be over a week of downtime.

The migration of forum content had actually gone well, however there were some unexpected technical issues that arose when enabling certain features (specifically relating to redirects and the SSL image proxy) that required liaising with the developers of this platform. Thankfully those issues have now been resolved.

I am finishing off the final stages:

• Member profile covers
• Member profile backgrounds
• Anime pages
• Anime community reviews

I expect to finish these in the coming days and hopefully by the weekend we can start on some content of the new anime season.

In the meantime please feel free to familiarise yourself with the new platform and features. Any issues feel free to post them in the usual Feedback area.

I will be doing some new guides on how to use this platform in the coming days as of course the interface is radically different from our previous platform.
