I'm really impressed that you've managed to save up so much money for your trip, very well done, and excellent achievement. It sounds like you've got a good itinerary planned out so all that needs to happen now is that you have a great trip and enjoy yourself, which I'm sure you will.

Trying to show someone how to operate something the way it's supposed to be operated rather than how they think it should it should be operated can be a uphill task.

That's what I was wondering, fake chocolate sounds very suspicious and the fact that the producer felt it necessary to include the word "real" does suggest that fake chocolate does in fact exist.

Neither of my parents had mobile phones, although my father had my one for short while but never really got the hang of using it and eventually the SIM card expired from lack of topping-up.

The Madoka Magica movie looks interesting.

I can sympathise with you there. I've never had employees, although I was a site supervisor for a while, and in our job teamwork was essential and there was this guy who was 100% not a team player. It took a while, and a bit of scheming, but I got him removed eventually.

My father was the tech person, I had to buy him his own computer so I could get him off mine! My mother on the other hand was not a tech person, just turning on the TV and selecting a channel was too much for her.

I've just finished rewatching The Pet Girl of Sakurasou. Which is a Slice of Life series about a group of high school misfits who live in a rather ramshackle school dormitory called 'Sakura Hall' and it follows the lives and activities of its inhabitants. Now, it has to be said that a few of the early episodes are rather silly, however things do settle down as the series progresses and follows the various residents as they strive to achieve something in their lives. Each of the characters has an interesting personality and the interactions between them are really good. I really enjoyed watching this series, it has its silly moments but it also has its fun moments, its sad moments and its serious moments but whatever happens all the members of Sakura Hall are there for each other when times get hard. Overall, I found this to be a good series.

The surgery wasn't botched, the implant shifted a couple of weeks after the surgery. The surgeon was quite intrigued as he'd never seen it happen before, he carried out an inspection and concluded that the implant was doing what it was supposed to do just that it was an odd shape.

Yes, she had surgery on her eye, I can't remember all the details but it involved inserting a small soft implant that was supposed to be round but for some reason it slipped which resulted in it being oval. She referred to it as her "cat's eye".

My eyes are a blueish-grey. Funny thing about eyes, my mother had one pupil which wasn't round it was a narrow oval shape and tilted to 45 degrees, it looked quite odd. Apparently it didn't affect her vision and was result of an implant slipping.

We all get days like that. January and February are my least favourite months. Because they're too cold.
