In most of the buildings I worked in paper deliveries were not a problem. However, the last one I was in it could be a nightmare. It was a HUGE building but with a SMALL loading bay and the building was subject to a planning restriction that no deliveries were to be unloaded in the street, and that included a delivery driver just taking a single small package out of his van and walking into the loading bay with it, that was considered unloading in the street!
So when the paper supplier turned up in a 40 ft artic lorry that was game over because the bay could only hold a small transit type van. I had LOADS of arguments with the paper company about the size of van they sent my deliveries in.
And there was this crazy lady in the apartment block opposite who had nothing better to do than take pictures of anything she considered a violation of the no unloading in the street rule and sending them to the local council.
