I hope you'll be feeling better soon. It's really disturbing when something that happened in the past keeps coming back to your mind and bothering you and you wish it would just go away. Dealing with that isn't easy, I've found that watching my favourite anime helps a lot especially if it's one that makes me laugh. Another way is to do something creative like some graphic or even playing your favourite game. Your sig is really good, I like the backgound and the font you've used.

When I come to think of it, you're both right, most of the anime music I listen to comes from the early 2000s or 90s. I'm not saying that the more recent animes don't have good music but they don't have the sort of OP & EDs that I'd want to listen to on their own. I've got quite a large collection of anime soundtrack CDs but it must be at least 10 years since I liked a series' music enough to want to buy the CD.

I have just one plant in my house which I've somehow managed to keep for many years. I'm told that it's a Peace Lily but whatever it is it occasionally produces a really nice looking white flower. I did the sunflower thing as well and recently moved them into the garden because they were getting too large for the house. They all appear to be growing well, one of them is up to my shoulder height and most of the others are nearly that tall. So far I've not had any flowers on them.

Elevators, or lifts as we call them, don't bother me in fact I like then because my legs don't like walking up stairs any more. Escalators are interesting whether you like them or not depends a lot on their pitch and how long the approach is before you reach the part that escalates. The ones that I dislike most are the ones in shops which are often quite steep and have short run-ins so you can see the bottom before you step on them and if you don't like heights, like me, these ones can be scarry to ride especially in the downward direction. Generally the escalators on the London Underground are a shallower pitch and have a long enough run-in so you can't see the bottom when you step on them. Fun Fact: The longest escalator on the London Underground has a rise of 90 feet and is 200 feet long. The world's scariest type of lift is the Paternoster, they have no doors and never stop moving so you have to jump in and jump out when you reach the floor you want. They've been banned in the UK over heath and safety concerns. I've seen one, but never had the courage to use it. Lifts, or elevators if you prefer, have multiple safety features to prevent them from crashing to the ground.

It is often said that dogs have owners while cats have staff. My cat owning friends have confirmed this
