You say the pictures aren't great, but I'd disagree with that. The sunset pictures are amazing and really like the soft colours in the sky and and in in the water. The nighttime pictures are equally as good, it can be tricky to get nicely exposed night shots but you've captured the scenes perfectly. I really like that illuminated bridge.

It's been awhile since I did anything, but the summer solstice sort of gave me an idea.

Elevator

Here in West London we don't get snow very often, heavy snow even less, I think the last snow we had was 2021. As a result the authorities have very little in the way of snow clearance equipment so when we do get a really heavy snowfall everything sort of stops.

I visited the GCF website and found it really interesting and encouraging to learn that giraffes numbers are on the increase.

Of course This is both cool and fun. And that sig is totally amazing. I really like that style.

Today is 21st June, the Summer Solstice and the longest day. It's also 30C and still too hot and muggy for my liking.

I didn't know that there were so many types of giraffes.

I watched Rascal Does Not Dream of Dreaming Girl this evening and really enjoyed watching it. It's a good story with a complex, but fairly easy to follow, plot with a bit of a shock in the middle, and a great ending. Now all I want is for CR to get the other movies.

Base Camp

I used to like both, but recently I've really gone off them and prefer plain apple juice or water.

I went out briefly early this morning because there was something I needed to do. But I've done nothing else today apart from doing stuff on my computer and watching YT vids and a bit of anime. This hot weather is just draining my energy.

Muggy, that's the word I was looking for. It's not just the high temp that's getting to me it's that it feels so close and oppressive. So muggy is a great word. , Thanks for the update.
