It’s been a hot minute since I’ve ridden transit in Vancouver, but a lot of their transit buses are/were connected to overhead wires so that they use less fuel! I always thought it was really neat seeing an older idea used in modern times. With the advent and rise of electric vehicles though, I don’t know how many of them (if any) are still hooked up to the wires, I wouldn’t be surprised if they have a few electric buses in their fleet now. The garbage company here has a fully electric garbage truck now too, Andy’s dad used to drive it before he retired and moved away. Andy got to go for a few rides in it and said it was pretty cool

I believe the fight to the death with tuna stemmed from determining which of them loves fish more Arent tuna really huge though?

It was shepherds pie! Yum yum! Do you have a blender? It’s not uncommon for me to have no appetite, so we got a blender and keep things on hand for smoothies (cut up and freeze some bananas, hemp hearts, chia seeds, peanut butter, frozen blueberries, that sorta stuff). I find it a lot easier to drink something when I’ve got no appetite but still need to eat! Honestly, even just keeping some snacks around that have added protein is a good idea too (did you know that Eggo now makes protein waffles? We have the chocolate ones but I think there’s also strawberry). Things that are easy to eat when you don’t have an appetite but need some kind of sustenance

Played some more Cyberpunk last night! The game crashed just as I about to finish ‘The Heist’ quest, but fortunately autosave happened pretty much right before the crash so I didn’t lose much. I’m still very early in the game, so I want to get through some of the start of the story before wandering off too much

Lmfao I totally missed that it says British Columbia in big letters right on the side of it We got to check out car 153 (this one started in Vancouver and then was barged over to North Vancouver) at MONOVA (Museum of North Vancouver) when we were doing the tourist challenge while Andy still worked at the rail museum here! I had a Monday, that’s what I did today. I would have been able to accomplish so much more today if I wasn’t being interrupted every ten minutes and then somehow I staples my thumb?? Lmfao I have no idea then a rubber band broke in my face But Andy got me a chicken snack wrap and raspberry frosty from Wendy’s after work and I played some more Cyberpunk when we got home ^-^

That’s a sad box, at least my box has a window out front, should I choose to leave my work area haha It’s sunny with a breeze right now, thermometer on the porch says it’s currently 20C=68 °F

Apparently it’s 17C=62.6 °F outside, but I wouldn’t know because I work in a box and haven’t even stepped out to take any recycling to the bins. The weather app says it’s mostly sunny, but the box only has one window, which is not in my work area and I haven’t had a look through it for a few hours now. There could be a sharknado out there for all I know.

Mine needs a reboot. Very focused today, but not on anything that it should be
