That's fair enough, but starting that off with "I'll be a mod" or some variation of that isn't a great way to go about it. Perhaps if this thread doesn't become about the conversation of new mods, someone ought to make one, though it should be with Optic's approval.

I don't think people saying "I'll be a mod" should be how things are handled. It's also not about popularity or reputation either, but it should be about time spent here, effectiveness to respond to things, willingness to listen to user complaints and so on.

That kind of goes to my point though, that there needs to be more mods. This site is too busy and brings in too much traffic for only one person to handle everything.

It's like I said in my first post, we need to have more mods on this site. I brought that up a while ago if memory serves, and nothing came of it. It's frustrating that people get to do whatever they want while we're all here stuck waiting for a resolution that can, and should come quicker.

We've had issues like that in the past here, and like then I will say it now, that is all kinds of not okay. Not only because it violates the rules of the forum, but also because it's harassment of a sexual nature. I'm sorry to have to deal with that. That's just not okay at all.

I haven't had this happen to me? Can you explain what exactly is going on? Is this person/bot named 6th just spamming people, or are they leaving hateful messages that you have deleted. From the picture you have, all I can see is that someone named 6th has posted on your profile far more than what seems acceptable. Also, yes I agree. There needs to be other mods on this site. I don't mind that I lost my mod status, even if the circumstances behind it were extremely weird, random and never got explained so far as I know, to anyone who was a mod, but Optic, like everyone else, has a life outside of these forums, and should appoint at least a few people to moderate while they aren't around. We had a problem the other day where it seemed like at least 6 bot accounts were making threads and posting in them like mad and there was no explanation as to why it happened and they sat there for way longer than they should have. If someone had, had the ability to close these threads and ban the posters, it wouldn't have gotten so far out of control.

Devilman Crybaby is all over the place and it makes for a rather dumb show as a result My Hero Academia is the most overrated anime since SAO People are being too critical of the Persona 5 anime, and not critical enough of Persona 4, which unlike 5, betrays all of it's characters to the point of being unwatchable The original FMA is far better than brotherhood because brotherhood's ending is too Disney-like and the original show actually asks viewers to question the choice of all the characters involved

Bit of a topic change but I've completed another list, this time regarding Ubisoft:

I agree that the Vita is a spectacular system. If it had, had more games made for it at launch, more indie titles and better marketing, it would have competed with the 3DS easy, and it should have. Personally, I'd like to see Sony take one more crack at the handheld gaming market after the popularity of the Switch eventually starts dying out, and release something more powerful than it and with a bigger screen, or least clearer screen. They had the most powerful screen in gaming with the OLED on the last line of Vita's before that upgraded one came out and they dropped the screen back to the past LED screen. Sony can make a great handheld, they just need to borrow a few ideas from the 3DS and Switch, and combine their own ingenuity onto it, and they'd have a huge success on their hands.

As cool as it would be, I doubt we'll see another handheld try to compete with the Switch. That system is breaking records like crazy and only Sony or Microsoft would have much of a chance to compete, and they aren't going to try at this point.

I actually know someone who is going to this event, so provided they know anything we don't hear, and I'm given permission to share any extra information, I will gladly do so. Switch is not out of the picture though per-say because Nintendo likes to announce their ports on their own, so either at E3 or a later date, this game may come to the system. Rage 2 began getting information a few days ago during the leak I mentioned a few posts back, than had it's trailer leaked about 6 or 7 hours before the official one came out, and Bethesda said it had nothing to do with how the game was on that Walmart posting, and that this was always the plan. Bethesda also said that gameplay for the trailer is coming sometime tomorrow, which leaves me and others to wonder if Rage 2 is going to be a part of this big E3 conference at all. Rage 2's marketing and planning seem really weird at this point honestly, but at least we'll get to know more about it soon.

I am in full support for everyone being equal regardless of their race, gender age or whatever have you. That said, I rarely have the time to do much about it, and extremists on every front that has them can be a bother because they often do more harm than good. If people really want equality they need to go after real problems instead of looking to be angry at something unimportant. That mentality is the loudest thing we hear and see on a lot of fronts and it hurts what should be the ultimate goal. However I don't think the extremists care much which causes it's own problems. Basically, I believe in equality for the world, but I don't have the ability to do much and I think most of the loudest people who claim they are in support of equality have no idea how to go about it so we'll never get anywhere as things stand. We do nothing but walk around in circles hoping that whatever lap we're on will be the one where something changes. It's insanity.

I should respond to this thread. It feels kind of mean to leave you all hanging like that. So, I have watched and I really liked Hanayamata. It was without different. I have watched anime like Food Wars, Samurai Champloo and Cowboy Bebop, the latter two which I watched as the anime first appeared in the West. @Sasazaki Chan I have heard and seen all of those but Hell Girl, I will have to give it a shot. @pierrem70 I have watched that and wasn't a huge fan sadly. I never finished it. @Misari I have seen, Welcome to the NHK, Psycho Pass, Spice and Wolf, Karekano, Gunslinger Girl, Baccano, and I already said, Samurai Champloo, but there are a few there that I need to try and see what I think, so thank you. @Vivi Hyuuga I have seen Violet Ever Garden, but the rest I have not so I will have to check those out. As it is, I currently don't have as much time to watch anime as when I started this thread, and I'm having a hard time keeping up with this season right now, but when I have time to try and check these out, I for sure will. Just a thought but it wasn't something called The Garden of Sinners was it? If not, can you remember if by the animation the film was recent for the time or looked older?

It's a good time for it. With 9 conferences confirmed for this year, Bethesda having their longest conference to date and Square Enix returning to E3 with their own showcase, it's gonna be a good few days.

There are a few reasons for me. I watch it because it different than anything else out, I watch it because it's been around so long that it's cool to see how it's changed, or go back and watch older shows with a different perspective than I had the first time I saw them. I watch anime because it's entertaining, but also because it's a medium of entertainment that does things that most others won't even try. It's more unique and varied than a lot of other sources of entertainment, despite my past complaints about it's tropes. Anime just does things that only it can do and that makes it fun to watch.

I've said everything I need to about SAO on multiple different threads here and even on other forums. There's nothing I have left to say about it. Maybe when the next season comes up, but I'm not even watching the GGO thing that's going on now, or whenever that happens. I just can't be bothered to care right now.

I do feel the same but I have no drive to talk about SAO anymore. It's not something I enjoy or want to spend time on because of how much it bothers me.

With the exception of a few titles like Spider-man and Kingdom Hearts III, one which has a release date, and one which is set to have a release for this year, E3 has been getting better with releasing games they talk about within a year or two of them being announced.
