  1. Pretty nice post. I have not really been in serious relationships. I only remember one really, and other than that things were mostly one sided.

l just learned to be happy on my own, since the low level of need for social interaction would cause things to fall apart, not to mention that I try to deny my own feelings, knowing that nobody would be able to fully put up with me.

  2. We all have a lot of growing up to do, in my eyes.

Some people need to discover what a family is, since we have it in our minds that our family are the ones related to us by blood or what a paper says is our family, while others need to learn that being considerate can be a double edged sword.

Of course, it does not help that we humans continually make the same mistakes over and over, even if it is not in the same manner.

Why do I keep on inserting wrong grammar? Ugh...So sorry. The last line was supposed to be "My busted radio was just a start, I have a long journey of music ahead of me..."

Stop worrying about the grammar. While it might be important enough to make things clear, you will keep messing up if you worry. Just let the thoughts flow through and worry about grammar later.

  4. I remember watching this and the cover art did scream that it was dark, but I ended up liking it quite a bit.

It seems to be one of the few that I encountered with a protagonist that was not very likable, but still interesting enough follow and was fleshed out.

Of course, the series was pretty much mostly made to promote the light novel and does end in a way that says there is more come.

Also, we should not be judging anything by the cover. We might do it anyway, but it does not really tell you anything about what it is like.

  5. In my eyes, things have been this way for quite a while, because our elders have tried beating it into our heads that we do should do certain things, as well as ignore a few sets of data, in order to support their views.

Of course, the gender equality madness is also ruining things, as you say they do, because they forget how this world actually works, thanks to the illusion created by modern society, and they think they are oppressed or not treated fairly.

For me, I am not perfect in doing things for others all the time, but I do try help most people in a way I can, when I suspect something or they ask me to, regardless of their gender.

  6. Nice post, Rye. I am not really depressed, though I do have times when I feel down, but I too am tired of this mentality that positive outlooks will fix anything, so I do not go for that.

There is a blogger I found over on Tumblr who has suffered from depression and talks about it and one of the posts he made said that the phrase “you will not always feel the way you do now” has helped some people with their depression.
