Bump - surely I'm not the only to be noticing this? Any scenes with explosions in the Currently Airing titles you'll notice it.

Personally I liked Heathcliff the best for his calm composure even when confronting Kirito and co. All the others in your list I felt were too over the top.

Thanks for the feedback @Stoodell. @Bard mentioned this too. I have adjusted the width so it's not as wide, in a similar way to the previous styles. Please let me know what you think.

Yeah that's right. Though there has to be more to it. So Rinne beats Fu-chan in a match sometime ago and that's it? Even after Fu-chan protected Rinne when they were really young? It just seems like betrayal / being a bad friend for no good reason (yet). (probably I'm looking too deep into this)

Overall I had mixed feelings for Re:Zero. It felt like a rollercoaster, started off interesting then got tense with Subaru reviving several times at the start due to his encounters with that first villain Elsa Granhiert (aka Bowel Hunter). Actually out of all the villains and challenges Subaru faced I still think this first encounter with that rather chilling villain was my most favourite. Though she never came back! She said she'd be back didn't she even after being driven off?? I really was waiting for another future encounter. Then got quite depressing when Subaru sunk to extremely low self-esteem. Then there were some very uncomfortable torture scenes from Petelgeuse on Rem and Subaru. I think the biggest highlight in the series for me is when Subaru got comforted with lots of love from Rem (episode 18). Rem's voice was really angelic in that At the end of the day I found the ending not satisfying enough. Subaru's comeback to save Emilia and the showdown against Petelgeuse was pretty good. But I think it's more due to me being upset about Rem being in limbo since the White Whale incident.

Fuuka / Fu-chan, you're so badass. The starting scene of her protecting her childhood Rinne was adorable. I really like Fu-chan! In fact, Fu-chan is even more badass when she easily brushes off a metal pipe on her head?! Because you know head injuries are trivial. (or maybe it was her back? angle and quick cut is not clear) [MEDIA=gfycat]height=361;id=ObedientSimplisticAvocet;width=640[/MEDIA] In terms of art, night scenes I felt were done really well and vividly. Especially in the gang fight. But Nakajima Gym was bright, bland and soft. Though was nice to see Fu-chan quickly skill up in her technique. Other characters are cute but hastily introduced. Nice eye-catcher though! Looking at the OP though the ring fights and other scenes look better. Am interested to see Fu-chan get stronger. Am also very interested to learn why Rinne and Fu-chan are no longer childhood friends anymore. Why did Rinne change after she got adopted by a rich family? :'(

Anime Screenshot Gallery Revamp Experimenting with moving the anime screenshot galleries away from the current Gallery to the newer system as it has a lot more options and works better for this type of gallery. Breadcrumbs back to Review pages (landing pages) This one is nowhere near as exciting but VERY important for navigation. Finding a way to add a second set of breadcrumbs so you can jump back to the Review page for a given anime title. The challenge is finding a way to do it so it doesn't break the forum and also make it fairly easy for the Anime Team / Writer to link. An idea of what it may look like:

@ssjup81 - with the upcoming 2020 Tokyo Olympics have there been any interesting upgrades or projects in the precinct you live in? Or is it business as usual for now?

With the JLPT (Japanese Literacy Proficiency Test) coming up in December... and thinking back on this today, suddenly mundane tasks such as gardening, reorganising the cupboard, cabinets and cable management as well as rewatching older anime series seem more important than long term projects. So if anyone has any new strategies to beat procrastination, then feel free to share.

Here in Perth, unless you live in the city - it is quite inconvenient to use public transport. The problem is, many places are spaced quite far from each other due to our love for suburbia and low density zones. I myself occasionally take public transport whenever I want to go to the city. It's about a 35 minute train journey from the nearest station to the city. There is a bus connection that goes to the train station but of course that easily adds more time to the journey so I much prefer to park at the train station (it's $2 a day to park there). If so how accessible is it for you? Are you able to get to your intended destination in less than an hour?

Slow start... and somewhat gruesome starting scene. But Snow White is SOO adorable! I thought Souta's character was cute up until Souta exclaimed he/she had realised his/her dream of being a magical girl! I am getting a familiar feeling I once had when I saw Ore, Twintail ni Narimasu. (Gonna be the Twin-Tail!!) But nontheless I agree the character designs are great. The way the eyes glimmer is quite nice, particularly during the night scenes. Unlike Love Live Sunshine where their eyes were almost "jewel" like. Looking forward to seeing what's next after that slight cliff-hanger.

So who are your favourite anime characters with green hair? My two favourites are: 1. Mira Yurizaki Dimension W Mira is a cute, genki and inquisitive android robot. I found her relationship with Kyoma to be very amusing - who could forget that introductory slap that knocked him out in their first meeting. It's obvious Kyoma had a huge distrust of Mira at first for plot reasons that would spoil it. But as you'd expect, the two eventually warmed up to each other (even if Mira was doing most of the friendly talk) 2. Eclair Dog Days Eclair is your typical tsundere who gave Shinku the cold shoulder when he arrived in Flanyard after Princess Millhiore summoned him as a hero. Eclair was like "What? We don't NEED a hero!" My most favourite scene of Eclair was towards the end of the first season, because at that point Eclair had FINALLY warmed up ... just a little to Shinku. But sadly, as the seasons went on in Dog Days, the original characters would get less and less screen time. Eclair included. Who are your favourite anime characters with green hair?

Fun idea... I'll need to have a think of my ideal group. Any restrictions? I'm guessing no mecha pilots or characters that can revive themselves? I'm also wondering if your group will get along with each other? Thinking back in The Walking Dead there were many conflicts due to this aspect.

Some nice titles in your Netflix queue list (PSYCHO-PASS is one of favourites) and @Ryuji has made some nice suggestions above. Other nice action/Sci-Fi/Mecha ones I'd also highly recommend are: Macross Frontier Guilty Crown Code Geass And for thrillers: Terror in Resonance AJIN Fixed.

Bumping this... as I forgot that Ultimate Madoka from Puella Magi Madoka Magica has wings! And she is indeed really elegant.
