@RZ. The audiobooks are what I have for Demonwars and they are very well done.

If you want more inspo, check out the "DemonWars Saga" by RA Salvatore! The world building for this fantasy series is so immersive. By far the most creative I've read so far for this genre. Also, as a child I remember my brother going on and on about the "Redwall" novel series, and his imagination for writing grew leaps and bounds. This is a childrens fantasy series by Brian Jacques, but Im sure he has more grown up series as well, so maybe you've heard of him. @The History Kid have you read "The Other America"? Its a good history of the industrial revolution, although I don't believe in the authors socialist views of economy I still enjoyed the read.

Some of you may have heard of these poems before, but for me it wasnt until Chihayafuru that I became aquainted with them. This old poetry is very different from what I am used to reading so its refreshing to go through them. What are some of your favorites, and your thoughts on them? Do you mean to say we must pass life not meeting even for a time as short as the segments in the reeds that grow at Naniwa Bay? -- Ise This poem speaks to me well of the sadness that one might feel for the fleeting of time and of missed opportunities (of which I have let slip quite a few). But things were even harder for the people of this era. In reading these old poems I love that I can be transported to a time that I know relatively nothing about. Read about the secret desires they had for one another that weren't able to be acted upon for so many reasons... The seasons, traveling difficulties, status differences, Its an intriguing topic for me. Im glad these poems are still around for us to read today, to contemplate what things must have been like in another time.

Which event will you participate in?

As far as Eri's quirk, they are unable to help her develop it ethically, since for now she has only been able to practice it on humans. Meaning, if she doesn't hold back enough, someone could die. The only reason Deku could endure the quirk at full strength was due to the extreme power of his own quirk rivaling hers. I'm guessing that from the ED that her family was killed by her quirk once it manifested. Poor Eri-chan She has a lot of healing to do. I hope they show more of her.

Just saw the latest episode (4) and I am continually drawn in to this world. I love the art, I know that it can seem a bit chaotic and out of the ordinary.. but thats kind of what this show is anyway. It is definitely out of the ordinary The characters are so charming, Hanako-kun in particular has a way of being mysterious (since they have yet to give us his full backstory) and cool as he comes to the rescue of other characters, showing his chivalrous nature as the top apparition of the school, but he also has a cute side that I find appealing as its completely contradictory to his nature, yet it sets the tone for the show for the most part as being sweet and innocent. Anyway, if anyone is in doubt, check it out. It may not be for everyone but the story has been good, (the ghost stories are a new theme for me in anime) and the OP/ED doesn't disappoint either.

Any Chihaya fans following season 3? I just caught up to ep. 16 and it looks like some relationships are finally budding. All of the characters are being brought further in this season. It's been the best season so far for character development. Though I'm pretty worried for the coming queen battle this season.. I'm looking forward to see just how far the series takes their lives into the future... Will it all build up to the future but not show us their paths? So much left to do.. Maybe there will be another season and I can stop worrying
