It was Announced that Haikyu! will be getting a new series to be released October 2019! In anticipation of this seemingly far away event, let’s reminisce on some of the greatest hits of the first three seasons!

Ep 1 of Demon Slayer was great. Mixed a few elements from other favorite anime of mine.. I can see this one going far if they don’t ruin the source material. Parts of it reminded me of claymore, and some from Rurouni Kenshin. The animation style wasn’t as nice as claymore imo, seemed a little more childish.. which is weird given the content oh well. Still a pretty nice looking series so far

I love this, lildoop. Silly, happiness and cute words that dance around in your mind. Whats not to like? I think you’re a good writer in general, I really admire people who can paint a picture in your mind. My hubby is that way too. A great storyteller. I don’t have the gift. But I can write poetry in my own way.

I quite enjoy poetry for the simple fact that you can say a lot in just a few words.

Love me some merlot too. If you do want to try heating it, make sure you have a sake heating decanter. Not sure how it will turn out otherwise

@HanaApril God bless her. I’m not into drinking either, but I enjoy the taste of all fine beverages. I’ll have 1 drink. Most sushi places have hot sake. I recommend trying a flavored one. But if you can tolerate strong drink, maybe the straight sake is for you.

Welcome back! I’m new here but plan on sticking around. Nice to meet you. I like FMA as well, haven’t seen brotherhood though, the original was good enough for me. Super excited for the fruits basket remake though since it’s supposed to be closer to the manga. Hope to see you around the discussions.

Hot/ cold - what’s your preference and flavor of choice? I prefer to heat my sake (plum preferably) it brings out the aroma and becomes a true delicacy. I’d describe it like a purfume even, but subtle and sweet, not overpowering. The true sake though is a little strong for my taste. —- If you’ve never tried hot sake and want to make it at home, it’s quite simple. You just need a boiling water bath for the decanter, and adjusting the temperature you heat it at and the time allowed to heat will bring out different flavors of the sake. It truly is an art, much like tea making.

Agreed I definitely preferred the manga, so I’m hyped about this improvement. Kyo was the shit. Can’t wait to see how the rest of the characters are made

That sucks, but pretty much expected (to me). Usually I’ll only like one or 2 anime each season. I guess there’s something for everyone though. Just watched ep 1 of fruits basket. It was nicely done. I get a very different feel for the characters than I used to though. Loved the ED

@Illusion of Terra it really depends on the quality of the tea and the temperature and time you steep it. You can have a nice mild black tea if you make it properly. Same with green tea

It's kind of embarrassing to me to have these songs stuck in my head... one day I had a potty training song stuck in my head, and I said what's up to someone, turned to walk away and resumed murmuring that song to myself... I'm sure they heard me "flush and wash and then we're all done"
