Ooh very good choices I love Starfox with Starfox64,. and Assault being my favorite in the series. Syro was amzing most notably on the original playstation, but was good on the GC too. Just shows how good the GC was given its wide library. My favorite franchise, or series by far is Persona.

Right you, and me both. And this is such a essential part of anime so when it is removed its just so horrid almost dosen't even feel like anime anymore. For me literally the only true exception to this rule is dbz and then only the orange bricks release as they are called which was translated to english, but not censored like funimation was.

GC, and N64 was Nintendo's glory days so many good titles, and it honestly gave the PS2 a run for its money if only Nintendo licensed a few more rpgs including JRPGs they might have even beaten the PS2 at the time for me. What were some of your favorite GC games, and favorite games you play now.

Sailor Moon even more then dbz was one of the animes that truly showed the wrongful censorship, and localization that was to be in the 90s. Now I understand anime was new in general and in America it was very different to what we were use to. Though anyone who got into it enough was contacting subbers and sending their tapes that were imported to be subbed from the raws. Once the internet took off in the early 2000s then this became much easier. Though with a lot of current series the dubs that release have basically no localization other then being translated so in that case it comes down to what one prefers. For me it is Japanese, but thats because thats what I am use to.

Thats when I started as well the 90s was the era when anime was highly censored. I never quite understood the its to Japanese from anything other then a marketing ploy perspective.

Definitely check out Highschool of the Head, Highschool DxD, No Game No Life are all great seroes.

For me what makes a dub bad is the censorship be it editing violence language, or the like. Though another big thing which I tend to categorize differently is localization. A good example is in Pokemon when they cook rice balls in the later parts of the series this is changed to sandwiches. This is beyond unexceptionable to me. Its Japanese content therefore it should remain that way. I can go on, and on on this topic. I guess if I must have another reason it would be the voice acting. Though this is more of a peeve for me less of a detrimental flaw.

Berserk isn't my favprote, mostly because the creator kept pushing back releases for the chapters it got annoying so I got out of it. Though Vinland Saga is amazing. Chi no Wadachi, looks good thanks for the suggestions.

Well I check up on Detective Conan, One Peice, and Naruto weekly at the very least. I am not obsessed with any of those in anime form, but their manga is a entirely different thing. Also the P5 manga as of late as well.

True that, but those system have always worked well for smt. I personally like turn based rpgs more then other styles given the choice.
