    After the holiday it’s back to work for 1 day before the weekend. Gonna be hard to be motivated though.

      Management took the day off, so they need bodies in the office to take care of anything that comes up. 

      Though to be fair I did take off Monday because decided to take the roadtrip last weekend to beat the holiday traffic.

    Didn’t get to watch anime over the weekend, because I was on a roadtrip, so I still need to catch up on spring season anime. Fortunately the new seasons always start out slow.

      It was, but after a couple days away, I’m glad to get back home.

      Finished up AoT, Bokuben & got current on Demon Slayer last night. Still need to finish OPM, Sarazanmai & Cinderella Nine.

    We Never Learn (Bokuben) is getting another season in October. Something of a guilty pleasure as it’s a harem comedy, but I’m enjoying it :D

    Hyped for Isekai Quartet getting another season with new “transfer students” (fingers crossed for characters from Shield Hero or Reincarnated as a Slime)

      I really enjoyed Golden Kamuy (needs some form of closure though), but it has absolutely nothing to do with Spiderman and isn’t even currently airing.

      My Hero Academia would make at least some sort of sense.

    Crunchyroll put up a special episode of School (Gakuen) Babysitters (a surprisingly cute & sweet series from last year) yesterday. The main story focusing on mid-terms was adorable, but it was the short Snow White reimagining at the end that really made me smile since I totally ship Ryuji & tsundere girl

      I actually haven’t “followed” anyone yet. I don’t react to posts as often as I probably should either. Blame it on the fact I’m not normally a social media person. No Facebook, Twitter or Reddit account, just a couple other otaku interest forums, that I rarely post on. This place is clearly my “online home”. I’ll try to do better.

    Just got home from seeing the appropriately named Dark Phoenix. Actually gave Logan a run for it’s money despite being PG-13. I enjoyed it, but definitely won’t be taking the nephews.

    Apparently tornadoes did some pretty serious damage North of me last night. Had no idea till I turned on the news this morning. Fortunately doesn’t sound luke many injuries

      Like I said, I wasn’t even aware of it. I’ve been lucky that those sort of things are generally north of where I live. Feel for the people caught up in it though. So far only 1 fatality but say it will take days to fully evaluate the damage.

      Are there more people here from Ohio or Kansas? HanaApril was from Kansas I think but she's not active here anymore unfortunately. I also remember that there was someone else from Ohio wasn't there? Glad to see that it wasn't in your area though

      Did you watch the PV in the article? The MC’s design reminds me a bit of the MC of an older series called Petite Princess Yucie.

      Yeah I watched the PV, that's also what seemed quite upbeat to me (I mean I didn't understand what they said, but I think I can guess some of it 😂). I don't know Petite Princess Yucie, but judging from a few youtube videos they do give off the same kind of vibe. It reminded me a bit of Cardcaptor Sakura :)

      Yeah, Yucie is pretty light hearted, though there are some darker elements as foreshadowed by the opening scene. Still an overall feel-good series and sn under-appreciated one IMO
