No idea how long we’ll have to wait though. Assuming it will start sometime next year.

Some less recent series I’m watching Fate Zero loving this series, especially the pairs of Waver/Rider & Irisveil/Saber. Some might be put off by a couple scenes of violence against children. Only up to episide 5 but potential to earn a spot on my all time top 10. 8.5/10 Carole & Tuesday only up to episode 2. Way too convenient the way things are happening and will probably be extremely sentimental. But not without it’s charm. 6.5/10 The Caretaker of Sunohara-Sou up to episode 5. Basically what you’d expect if Lucuoa & Shota from Dragon Maid got their own series. Pretty ecchi & some might find the age gap offputting. Not that good really. 5/10

With a month or less left in the season, my top picks: 1. Kimetsu no Yaiba (Demon Slayer) pretty much a lock on my AOTS and top contender for AOTY. Currently rating 8.5/10, but could easily be a 9 by the end. 2. Fruits Basket (2019) the 2 part episode focusing on Uo and Tohru’s mom has been the high point for me so far, but consistently delivers an emotional impact. Plus Shigure never fails to entertain. Currently rating 8/10. Could gain some if we get some more insight into Kyo’s secrets before the end. 3. Nakanohito Genome (The Ones Within) absolutely love the cast of characters and the way they play off each other. Biggest drawback is the big picture remains indiscernible. It does seem to be building towards something though. 7.5/10 4. Dr. Stone my enjoyment of this series improved quite a bit with the beginning of the village arc. I still have some issues with it though. 6.5/10 5. Fire Force lots of potential, but not really developing the way I had hoped. Not seeing much in the way of improvement either. 6.5/10

Episode 19 was pretty bad in that respect too.

Thank you As far as the AOT, thing there were some scenes where had to take sone abuse to prove he wasn’t a threat.

After watching episode 22, I owe @Seshi an apology. Shinobu Kocho is actually one of the more stable & reasonable Hashiras In a lot of ways the episode reminded me of AOT when they first found out Eren could turn into a titan.

Watched the first episode of Fate Zero last night. I’d started Fate/Stay Night many years ago but never finished, so thought it was best to start from the beginning. Makes the impression of being a quality series right off the bat. UFO Table’s work is great (as people currently watching Kimetsu no Yaiba can attest). And it does a good job of introducing the main characters and explaining the overall plot. Waver certainly didn’t waste anytime putting himself in the thick of things. I could see some people being put off by what was done to Sakura, but it brings home how high the stakes are and what people are willing do to for that kind of power. Already looking forward to watching the rest of this series.

Bright & sunny after 2 days of clouds and rain. Not supposed to get overly hot either.

Dropping 7 Seeds after 5 episodes. Not necessarily terrible, but boring which is not something I would expect from a post apocalyptic series. Not packing a dramatic/emotional punch either. Unlikely I’ll ever pick it up again, just too many other series I want to check out (5/10) Will probably try Fate Zero next.

Fall is my favorite season. I actually like the temperature on the brisk side. Usually not cold enough for a coat, just a sweatshirt or hoodie. And usually not much rain. Nicer to spend time outdoors since most of the bugs die or go to sleep. The air usually smells nice to, be especially in the mornings evenings. I don’t get to enjoy the changing leaves as much now that I live in town have to raje them, but at least I don’t have to worry about mowing. I don’t enjoy football as much as I did when I was younger, but it’s still nostalgic. I love decorating for Halloween and watching themed movies and anime. Usually not actual horror, but supernatural stuff or dealing with legends folklore. Or stuff with dark humor (Beetlejuice, Nightmare before Christmas, Paranorman). Gonna attempt to finally get through all of Higurashi (including Rei & Kai) again this year.

Iced tea. Or Mountain Dew when I was younger. Could never stomach coffee no matter what’s added to it. I blame my dad for giving me a sip of straight black Folgers when I was 4 years old

I’ve honestly been avoiding Disney’s live action remakes as I just don’t see the point in most cases. Though I did enjoy Maleficent as it was pretty much an entirely different story.
