On the 3rd episode of Terra Formars & wow! The mutant cockroach creatures have freaked me out so bad that I might have to take a break to scrub my house from top to bottom just in case! I love shows that make me react this strongly though. I can tell this is going to quickly become another favorite for me lol!

I enjoy horror themed games ranging from visual novels to simulators to RPGs. I love finding free indie games to check out on sites like itch.io & gamejolt. I also enjoy some puzzle games & story driven, turn based combat games like Child of Light. Not really into racing games or first person shooters.

I'm a huge fan of indie horror games, especially ones made with RPG maker or similar. One in particular that I thought was excellent was Mr. Hopp's Playhouse.

Any ideas for beginner cosplayers

I honestly had no idea where to even begin so I did the simplest thing I could think of...I got online & bought the hoodie for Uraraka from My Hero Academia & may just build my cosplay around that. I figured starting with costumes like that just get comfortable to start with would be a good idea. I've also started watching cosplay makeup tutorials on YouTube. And I know this is totally unnecessary but I've also been trying to learn a little Japanese as well. I'd like to not only be able to speak a few words if I'm in character but I'd also like to be able to watch anime without subtitles at some point. -
Just finished my daily Japanese lesson on Duolingo because I'm determined to one day be able to enjoy my anime subtitle free!

The Mochi Queen has returned from the local international market where I got some of my favorite flavors of mochi: cacao, red bean, ube, & taro. YUM!

Making broiled spicy lemon pepper salmon & roasted red potatoes for dinner. Indeed, in preparation for my next anime binge adventure I shall feast like a queen!

*sets down 4 trays: one filled with strawberry scones, one filled with lavender crepes stuffed with clotted cream & dusted with powdered sugar, & one filled with savory little finger sandwiches filled with tasty spreads & various meats & cheeses, & one filled with fresh vegetables with garden herb dip* *goes out of the room for a moment & wheels in a cart filled with various beverages: flavored teas, sparkling water, juices, sodas, coffees, hot cocoa, warmed milk with honey & cinnamon(and yes, I do have almond or other plant based milks as well)* There's plenty for everyone so please do help yourselves

Last year I bought my 1st FitBit & ever since I walk all over the place getting as many steps a day as I can. I'm currently averaging 20,000 steps a day & recently earned the India Badge which means I've walked 1,997 miles so far! Needless to say, I've lost a few pounds.

A tall glass of milk, some of my favorite cookies, & a few hours of Attack on Titan before bed...so Heaven has actually been in my living room this whole time, huh? Go figure.
