Oh no, you made it clear enough. I think I failed to make myself clear though, I was talking about Death Note in that first paragraph and about Diabolik Lovers in the second paragraph. In any case according to both MyAnimeList and Anime Planet it has 7 chapters, and it's tied into other media, right? If so then it's just a prequel manga.

Nudity in opening and ending animation, it's been really ticking me off lately. Mahou Shoujo Madoka★Magica is guilty of this, even though this show is fairly low in fan service, this still persists. Madoka is a 14-year old girl, so this is wrong no matter how you slice it. Momokuri also does this, and while Kurihara is probably 16 and therefore would be considered a adult in japan, Momokuri is a incredibly cute anime with essentially no fan service otherwise, so this seems misplaced. Why do OP and ED animation teams feel the need to include this kind of stuff into anime that wouldn't have it other wise?

They are self-contained stories that are only one chapter long. One-shot manga are often written for contests, and sometimes later developed into a full-length manga series. Many manga series began as one-shot stories, including Dragon Ball, Fist of the North Star, Naruto, Bleach, One Piece, Berserk, Rurouni Kenshin and Death Note.

SAO was already halfway through it's reshowing on toonami by the time I became aware of it's existence, I was told me it was no good. I wanted to see SAO II because it took place in a FPS, I watched it with other people until episode 10 and only then started to enjoy it so I wonder if I would of enjoyed it if I watched it alone. Because of that, I want to try the light novel at some point.

Of the ones I've read I think Bad Shield United by Tite Kubo, featured in Zombie Powder volume 4, and Romantic Egoist by Bisco Hatori, featured in Ouran Highschool Host Club volume 2 were the best. They're worth checking out if you have the time.

Don't be sad Elsie GreenEyes, I've made it a habit to keep track of the episodes I've seen and when I've seen them. If we're talking just anime and no additional seasons or OVAs, assuming that just seeing season 1 will suffice, then I have seen 40. HOWEVER, there are a few other I'm not sure about. Despite the art style, pretty sure that Avatar: The Last Airbender doesn't count. I've seen SAO II, but not SAO. I saw Rave Master. But the anime got cancelled with no proper end. I started Kokoro Connect as a manga, but switched to the anime. Thoughts?

I've pick up a series called Clione No Akari. It's sweet and beautiful and I love it. There are only to be 12 episodes with each being 8 minute long, not including the OP, so why not check it out?

Look, I wasn't trying to say it was a terrible series, to me a 6.5 would still make something worth a watch. I was just expecting it to go down the usual anime route, if I were to give this anime the benefit of the doubt then I think it could be a 7.5, as there was some sweetness in the first episode. It has pontential and a concept that hasn't been done that much.

I've actually watched the first epsode of Gamers! because it kept showing up and I couldn't help but be curious! [spoiler=HERE ARE MY THOUGHTS]As per usual, I went into this series blind. It's a nice change of pace to have an anime where people just play a game and not have to fight for survival. Not to mention this isn't about a RPG. I think that Karen is pretty friendly, but for now I'd say Amano is my favorite character since we don't see a lot of shy male characters in anime. I'm also intrigued to learn what the deal with his social game friend is. Some of the comments they put on screen were obnoxious, but hopefully those don't become commonplace. There wasn't a lot of gameplay and they neglected to show the FPS matches and that was a bit of a letdown. It doesn't seem like there'll be too much fanservice (you wish) either. I predict that this will be a 6.5 out of 10 series, I will consider continuing this if not many better anime pop up.

Nagi No Asukara is a great title. It's primarily a romance title, but has elements of fantasy.

The rules in this anime are broken. [spoiler=IN SPECIFIC RULE 3]In games, each player will bet something that they agree is of equal value. But you can be completely vague about what you want, fail to mention what you want altogether AND THEN decide on what you want later. And my personal favorite, actually say what you want, but your definition of a word is different from the actual meaning of the word so you get to exploit that as well. (e.g When Shiro tells Steph to be her and Sora's dog for the day yet day for them means whenever they go to sleep)

The anime I've completed recently are: Mob Psycho 100 Oreimo, Love Live Sunshine I'm able to cycle through my anime every 4 days now, but still so little...I guess I can't expect to see results so soon. Hopefully I can complete lots of series within the following month, we'll see how it goes. Hmm...that sounds concerning, well I'll check Sakura Trick out and see for myself. But I'm afraid I don't really plan to start that one anytime soon, I'm very sorry, maybe I shouldn't have brought it up...
