At some point, Zoop gave up, destroyed her car, and then joined in the insanity. Yes, there were calculators. Don't ask. At another point, we switched over to checkers and drawing. I will confess that I lost the checkers game due to not paying attention. Jokingly, I challenged Zoop to fight me IRL. She actually took me up on it. I won 2 for 2 in less than 2 minutes, and she gave up. The first time, she sneak attacked me by pulling me over the couch. She also attempted to distract me by licking me. It didn't work. The second time took ten seconds, hahaha. I just rushed and ended things. She tried to fall on top of me, but I just threw her over my shoulder and pinned. SECOND VICTORY. ANYWAYS. When we returned, after recounting the statistics of the battles to zin, we beheld our shared creation and decided that it should be preserved for all time in a museum. -Stuffy nose (allergies) -Itchy eyes (allergies) -Irritated throat (breathing issues last night which resulted in coughing all night, generally why I don't sleep on my back, currently no choice) -Pounding headache (kill me now) -Cramps (for the love of god just rip my fucking ovaries out) -Knee pain (me to my knee, "fuck off, you're supposed to be getting better...") -Mentally and physically exhausted (I wonder how long until I pass out) -Irritable (the discomforts listed above explain this one fairly well, I think) Overall, how am I feeling? Absofuckinglutely miserable. I don't have the energy to find the positives of the day. Kiss my ass, not every day has to be positive.

I think the most "hardcore" death I've seen in anime isn't actually necessarily hardcore at all. Not in the way you might expect anyway. I really don't know how I would describe it. All I can say is watch Texhnolyze all the way to the end. I don't even want to describe it in a spoiler tag because I feel like even the chance of spoiling it for someone that might watch it would just totally ruin it. Sooooo, I am useless for this discussion!

Fan-service. Unless I'm specifically looking for an anime with fan-service, it's a huge turn-off for me. I can't stand overly fan servicey anime. Harems. Just no. Overly sappy bullshit. I generally stay away from romance anime altogether because of it. Voices. There are certain types of voices that actually instill rage in me (it's actually not just voices, there are a few certain sounds that cause me distress, but they aren't worth mentioning in this topic). The worst is women that deliberately talk in a highpitched cutesy girly voice. I actually almost punched a coworker once because she did exactly that, fortunately she realized just how mad I was and didn't speak like that for the remainder of our days working together. So yeah, you can imagine that I would never willingly watch an anime with female characters like that.... (Another example of a voice that I hate, that isn't female, is Naruto. I absolutely will never ever watch that godforsaken show simply because of his voice. I won't even slightly consider it, that's how much I hate his voice. It could be the greatest show to ever grace our universe, and I still wouldn't watch it) Slapstick. I really don't like slapstick comedy. Especially if it's in the form of a supposedly clumsy character purely for the sake of comedy or awkward situations. Why hello there, female protagonist hopelessly in love with the class stud muffin, I'm looking right at you. (As you can imagine, I despise slapstick even more if it involves any sort of romancey sappy shit) Uhhhhh There were other things I was going to list. But I've gotten so focused on voices and slapstick that it's pissed me off enough to make me forget what else sends something to my won't watch list.
