For me, a feel good anime is one which I can get lost in, and maybe even emotionally wrecked from watching, some anime which have affected me are A Silent Voice, Orange and Your Name. What anime (if any) have emotionally wrecked you, and you still absolutely enjoyed it because of how much it affected you?

I've liked anime for quite a while and just this last year or so I've been getting into reading manga a lot more, I'm mostly into romance/slice of life stuff. Ah I was confused when the sample time zone map listed 8/3. That being said, after work I am easily confused. I'd like to watch some Anime but I'm good with pretty much whatever. Mainly I just want some camaraderie with my newfound comrades.

Right? I made the mistake of watching Koe no Katachi on a plane next to a classmate who I wasn't very familiar with... what a mistake that was. I was basically crying ten minutes in (⌒_⌒;)

Plastic Memories was wonderful and had this effect on me most profoundly. Angel Beats, Orange, Your Lie in April, and Koe no Katachi were all really emotionally hard-hitting as well, and they all ended up being anime that I won't forget about any time soon

I find Jojo to be most enjoyable when watching it with friends. I mostly like rom-com anime, but I think those are more enjoyable when watched alone (at least for me, so I'm not worrying about if the other person/people find the show weird the whole time lol). Shounen anime like Jojo are a lot more fun with friends because of the action and the outrageous scenes you can laugh at together

I enjoy watching anime (particularly rom-coms lol) because they're so good at expressing the characters' feelings and emotions. Whenever I watch anime I'm able to sympathize with and feel the characters' emotions really easily, and that aspect makes it a really enjoyable and deeply engrossing experience. No other media form seems to do the same thing for me. Also cute anime girls

I love it because of the art style but secondly just the variation. There is an anime for everyone and every mood. Some are deep and dark some are light and happy. They're extremely easy to switch onto so you can then switch out and escape from all the shit. They don't require a 2hr slot like a movie (but I usually binge watch it anyways.....). 20mins on a lunch break or something.

Seen all and also read all novels Its pretty interesting and fun to watch - my favorite is probably UBW because Rin is my fave.

Season 4 of MHA is definitely my most anticipated series of the fall season.

I'm wondering if i have what it takes to protect the 1 person i care about the most.

As a queer person, I don't like how a lot of our queer media is focused on the struggle of being queer. Everyone has there thing, but you can be queer and live a normal life without major traumatic events related to being queer. I looked MLEwL up, and I question if it's so acclaimed because it's actually good, or if people are too into the struggle to want to enjoy happy LGBTQ stories. Or, stories with LGBTQ characters that aren't emotional shifted on being LGBTQ at all.
