KaiyaSaysHaiya Posted June 8, 2025 Share Posted June 8, 2025 (edited) the other day i watched the movie Doukyusei. it was a cute and fun watch. i'll definitely revisit it soon i watched another bl (i forgot what it's called, sorry!) and i enjoyed that too. i might search for what it's called later (can't be bothered right now, haha) today i finished watching Our Happy Marriage on Netflix! it was a really beautiful series that i enjoyed. the art was lovely and i loved watching miyo grow as a character, as well as her relationship with kudo. i've also been watching Your Lie In April over the past few days (i believe i'm up to episode 10-11?). i've only ever heard positive things about it, so i decided to finally watch it. so far, it's been amazing! the story is great and it's been making me want to play the piano more. i don't don't why i waited so long to watch it. It started out as a bit adventure fantasy serie. but the last few episodes are cheesy romantic. It is getting so sweet that it is hurting my teeth. Well i am sick at home so i have the time to be less selective. And i read it was adventure and about people who special powers related to animals. And the first 3 episodes were not the worst. A 6 out of 10. but then, omg,....they spend like 3 episodes with no story. Very childish romance. Will they kiss,..will they hold hands. Dare we say we love eachother, shall we buy a gift?. Looks to be building up to a promising season finale. To be Hero X - can’t help but feel they dropped the ball with the conclusion to the Luck Cyan arc (felt too rushed). Sounds like it's not horrible so I think I'll just move it to the bottom of the to-watch list. I enjoyed this serie the last few months, but the end was done very hastily. Not only did the end the storyline abruptly, they managed to start and finish some new storylines in the last episode.
